"A very nice hotel because the hotel is part of Casino. We thought we could have enjoying buffet dinner but only open in weekend. Location is near to subway so that we easy going to downtown. There was a fire alarm alighted on early morning 5am in our second night, and we called to front desk but they not sure what’s happened. I was very scared and thought we had to run out. But other room people still stayed then we also stayed in our room. After 10-15 minutes a radio announcement said something but also not so clearly listened. This was my first time met this happened."

"Very poor staff, not helpful at all. We booked two nights first, then had to move to our up graded unit which cost three times the amount, full apartment, but have to pay for everything extra, stove, pots, microwave, kettle, why tell people you have booked a kitchen when nothing works until you pay for every item extra. The room is not an upgrade, it is actually the same as the cheaper one. We had to wait and put all our belongings into storage or 4 and half hrs, to move to our up graded unit, because the manager told us there were no units available. Through trip. Com there are units available right away, even the day before or after. Totally unprofessional, we finally got into our unit 4:45pm when had other units available, or at least have that unit cleaned first, when we’re just changing rooms. Very bad service, when do you have to write a good review before you move into your room. That should be illegal."

"I had an extremely satisfying stay. Even though the room rate was high due to it being peak season, I still considered it good value for money overall. Our room featured a private bathroom, and it was also convenient to have access to the shared toilets."

"Great location. Gentle staff. This hotel has known better times. Our humidity smelling room and noise air conditioning machine made the stay less pleasant. If you stay one night this may be a great spot but for a longer time you can choose others. Needs renovation or at least better maintenance."

"Moda Hotel is very convenient, it located near Granville Skytrain station or closest to Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station about 10-15 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk is helpful. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel, I’d recommend this hotel."

"The room was new and very clean, and it's really close to the airport. The shuttle bus was super convenient. If you have some extra time, you can even check out the outlet mall nearby! The only downside is there aren't many restaurants around, so you might need to take a taxi to Route 3 for dining options."

"We really enjoyed our two night stay here, it was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The service was great, everyone was very nice and welcoming, especially Daniel and Greta. The bathrooms were clean and always available whenever we wanted to use them. The only thing was the deposit, they hold a 200 CAD deposit in your account which we thought was quite much, however this did not take away from our great experience. Overall would highly recommend this stay if you want a clean and central accommodation."

"We had traveled from Australia, we should’ve booked a previous night. Staff were very understanding great service. We didn’t have the breakfast next door but we really loved the coffee machine in the foyer. Close to everything Good quality hotel"

"Shuttle was a feature to book with this hotel. There are no amenities or no mention of how I can get some. I had to run out to find toothpaste late in the evening."
