"The location is very convenient, with many Chinese restaurants nearby, and across the street is T&T Supermarket, the largest Asian supermarket. The room was reasonably clean and tidy, but the facilities were basic; they didn't even provide slippers. Although the front desk downstairs offers 24-hour service, they often don't answer the phone, and their attitude is quite poor and dismissive. I booked a shuttle service to the airport and waited in the lobby, but no one informed me when the car arrived, so I missed my scheduled shuttle and had to wait another half hour for the next one."
"Location is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy.
The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water.
Staff at the front desk was courteous.
I think parking should have been included."
"I booked for 3 nights stay at the hotel. On my first night, I checked into my room which was facing Beatty Street overlooking the BC Place, there was a 2-day concert on going until 11pm. I rang the front desk and asked for room swap, unfortunately all rooms were fully booked at the time. The next day I received a call from the front desk and they were happy to offer another room for my remaining stay, away from the main street where the concert was held. Overall great hotel location, right in the middle of city centre with lots restaurants and shops."
"The room was new and very clean, and it's really close to the airport. The shuttle bus was super convenient. If you have some extra time, you can even check out the outlet mall nearby! The only downside is there aren't many restaurants around, so you might need to take a taxi to Route 3 for dining options."
"The best thing is the view from the window, very convenient for a night before a cruise, 10 minutes walk to the cruise terminal, the metro is also nearby within walking distance. The service is very good, the breakfast is delicious. The downside is the area, a lot of homeless and crazy people, drug *******. The smell of ********* is almost everywhere. For transit, a great option."
"The hotel is conveniently located and the sky train is very fast.
The room was larger and cleaner than expected, and 2 bottles of water were replaced every day.
I use L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE for shampoo, shower and conditioner."
"The location is superb good. It is a SkyTrain hotel.
The staff is friendly. The room quality is good, clean and cozy.
The hotel swimming pool is amazing, it is a wonderful place for individual, couple and family.
Due to it is a Casino hotel, you need to accept your neighbour made some noise after midnight.
And this hotel has already been the first stated owned hotel, it is worth to stay when in town."
"It's very reasonable priced, and it's great to have a clean, spacious bedroom, shared kitchen, and living room. The owner apparently used to live here, so the house is of a high standard.
However, as it's in a suburban residential area, there aren't any restaurants nearby, and it takes 30-40 minutes by bus to get to the center.
I think this is a place for families with a car or multiple people to stay. The surrounding area is a wide street with no car traffic, so you should probably be able to park, but be sure to check with the owner."
"Dear Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.
Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand."

Amazing
GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend!
While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

GGuest UserIt was fantastic to stay in a newly opened Air B&B suite where we enjoyed a high-level privacy and a very tranquil neighborhood. The owners were very kind and always tried their best to facilitate our stay. If this suite appeared earlier in the list, I'd definitely booked all my stay in this place.
The location has an easy access to King Edward Ave by using a staircase at Puget Dr & W 24 street. All-in-one with kitchen, laundry and parking just made it so family friendly and homy. Highly recommended!!
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

TTeck AWe loved this place, very friendly and caring owner and manager who made sure we were taken care of before we moved in and after check out.
The condo is very strategically located in Vancouver, easy access to all areas by public transport or walking. Good view from the condo.
There is a very big oriental supermarket and Costco nearby. Great for grocery shopping; we had everything in the kitchen for home cooked meals too. Chinatown is within walking distance, plenty of food in the area from all international cuisines.

GGuest UserWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us.
They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

GGuest UserService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

TThunpisWhen we arrive, it was really strange because the hotel and entrance is really tiny and there is a step that need to bring up the luggage to the lobby. Staff a really friendly and helpful. Hotel is really the small. There is only one elevator so sometimes you have to wait for a while. The bathroom is quite nice and easy access to the living room, which is a bar.

GGuest UserVery poor staff, not helpful at all. We booked two nights first, then had to move to our up graded unit which cost three times the amount, full apartment, but have to pay for everything extra, stove, pots, microwave, kettle, why tell people you have booked a kitchen when nothing works until you pay for every item extra. The room is not an upgrade, it is actually the same as the cheaper one.
We had to wait and put all our belongings into storage or 4 and half hrs, to move to our up graded unit, because the manager told us there were no units available. Through trip. Com there are units available right away, even the day before or after. Totally unprofessional, we finally got into our unit 4:45pm when had other units available, or at least have that unit cleaned first, when we’re just changing rooms. Very bad service, when do you have to write a good review before you move into your room. That should be illegal.

GGuest UserIt would have been really important to mention that they have cats. You know. To someone like me who is very allergic to cats. I have emergency medication for this kind of BS. I was there one night but I would have rebooked if was not way too late. 1 night of sleepless wheezing misery. Without the allergy thing, the rooms were hot and airless. People were leaving the doors open and using fans to blow around the cat dander, I mean air. It's not safe to leave doors open, but that's the guests.
The ladder for the top bunk (bunkbed) had one side not covered. It's sharp metal and easy to cut yourself on. These issues are not hard to fix, hopefully they can improve, since that location is perfect for walking to and from concerts. Hey if you love cats, still be careful, this neighbourhood can be dangerous.
