The B&B is located in the Jinshanling Great Wall Scenic Area. It is very convenient for climbing and you can also order food. Good!

Nice accommodation, super friendly family who runs the accommodation. The room was very tidy. The entrance to Jinshanling Park is only a 3-minute walk away. You can also buy tickets there, but I recommend booking in advance in high season.

We chose this place because there is only a couple of hostels in this area that takes non-Chinese visitors. The room is spacious and clean with a huge bed (it’s a hard mattress, not soft). Shower is a bit weak but enough for our cleaning need. A very short walk to the entrance which allowed us to view the sunrise. A huge menu to choose from for lunch and dinner - you can pre-order and let the host know when you want the food to be served. Free breakfast that was well-balanced and filling. Can drive you to Gubeikou Station to catch the train back to Beijing for a negotiable fee. Overall we had a great 2-night stay!
