Nikita is the best staff in sapna clak in hotal . Room service is good , Food is to be good. “It was an overall good experience...food was exceptionally good and freshly cooked....staff were very courtious and friendly... “Very nice.. the staff are also very cooperative.. Great staying Experience Best food to eat…. Overall experience is good …. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Very disappointed from service and quality of room. Very bad condition rooms and interior as per the cost of room tariff it is not justified.

We had a dinner party of 13 with family at Sapna Clarks inn and they really surpassed my expectations. The food was nice especially the Butter nans, malai kofta, daal makhni and kadhai paneer. Service was quick and all the serving staff were courteous and friendly. Neha guided me towards the portions and the number of dishes I should order among the group, saving my money and time. Thanks Neha for that. The best thing which I must mention here is the portion sizes of the dishes. I was amazed to see how the food we ordered was perfect amount for our group of 13. Overall, we had a great time dining at Sapna clarks Inn. Thanks Sachin for convincing me to come here and dine. This was the perfectly spiced Indian food I had during my entire India trip this time since I can’t tolerate spices no-more. But loved the way you and your staff took our feedbacks and customised the curries before serving. Will surely be back again.

Very bad experience. The hotel was short on all kind of amenities. First, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Upon arrival, i noticed stained sheets, dusty surfaces, and a lingering odor that was impossible to ignore. Even after informing the staff, the problem remained unresolved, which was both disappointing and frustrating. The service was another major letdown. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to guests’ concerns, often dismissing complaints or taking an unreasonably long time to address them. Requests for basic amenities, such as extra towels and toiletries, were either ignored or fulfilled after multiple reminders. To add to the disappointment, the in-house dining experience was subpar. The food was overpriced, lacked flavor, and was served cold on more than one occasion. Lastly, the noise levels in and around the hotel made it difficult to rest. Poor soundproofing and loud disturbances from neighboring rooms further compounded the discomfort.

It was a nice decent stay. Overall the experience was nice. Kudos to mr arvind & intikhab for taking care of management & restaurant. However, few improvisation points. 1. The food service is a bit a slow. Have to remind multiple times. 2. Card access gets revoked all of a sudden. Had faced issues multiple times in accessing the room. 3. In- room refrigerator was not functional and the management was not aware of it. However they didn't have any solution to fix it during my tenure. Hope they take care of these issues to make the stay pleasant for rest.
