Very bad experience. The hotel was short on all kind of amenities. First, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Upon arrival, i noticed stained sheets, dusty surfaces, and a lingering odor that was impossible to ignore. Even after informing the staff, the problem remained unresolved, which was both disappointing and frustrating. The service was another major letdown. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to guests’ concerns, often dismissing complaints or taking an unreasonably long time to address them. Requests for basic amenities, such as extra towels and toiletries, were either ignored or fulfilled after multiple reminders. To add to the disappointment, the in-house dining experience was subpar. The food was overpriced, lacked flavor, and was served cold on more than one occasion. Lastly, the noise levels in and around the hotel made it difficult to rest. Poor soundproofing and loud disturbances from neighboring rooms further compounded the discomfort.
