No sleepers are available. No tooth brush provided by hotel team. Towels are not properly clean. No tea coffee and kettle are available at room. This is my first visit and having bad experience.

Room was not cleaned, cockroach were there in cupboard, room service, restaurant intercom were not working. After so many calls, noone came for room cleaning. Tv was also, not working, grooming kit, room sleeper were not available. Overall, will never visit again

The breakfast is on order, buffet is not there, approx 450 per person was the breakfast cost when breakfast was included, but it’s on very higher side if buffet not served

Food & service was good, bathrooms plumbing was not good. Towels provided were old. Rooms were spacious. Cable tv worked intermittently.
