Good hotel in a good location, perfect bedding, the hotel staff is very friendly, the elevator on the left makes noise (squeaking) when arriving at the second floor, it's quite disturbing especially at night but otherwise nothing to say

Stayed here for two nights on the occasion of Celatissimo Messe in Stuttgart. Very easy to reach to hotel by Sbahn. Rooms are ok, but heating was not enough at least for me with max temperature. Breakfast buffet is limited with choices but was still ok for me. Had some wifi issue at my room but Ms Sabrine was very kind and helpful, she sorted it out with technical staff. Overall l am satisfied with my stay here.

We didn´t expect to have air conditioning at ibis budget, but we were so glad about this due to temperatures around 38C degrees at our stay! The room was very okay, we had everything we needed in it. We didn´t have to change the room despite of two different bookings for two nights - thank you for that. The room got a bit wet at the floor due to the air conditioning in both double rooms we had.

Near the station, near a huge car park, there is the Ibis Budget hotel. Elevator entrance with reception on the 1st floor. Courtesy and professionalism. The receptionist spoke fluent Italian, which wasn't a bad thing. Small but clean rooms. The bathrooms are a bit special (see photo). Excellent and abundant breakfast of both sweet and savory foods. Prices around €80. Just right for a 3 star.

Catastrophe is putting it mildly! We arrived at 11:30 at night with our 3-month-old baby. Even though I had checked in online, we were kept at reception for ages. I assume it was because of our appearance (headscarf/dark-skinned). Then we were able to go into the room and it was under water. Back to reception, where we were told that this was normal in hotels, that it was because of the air conditioning, and that he would give us towels to clean and that the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms. If we hadn't had a long drive behind us and a 3-month-old baby with us and it was the middle of the night, we could have continued to argue, but under the circumstances we said OK, we'll see what happens tomorrow. The next day nobody wanted to know anything about it and we had to leave. Catastrophe! Never again!

The hotel is in a good location right next to the train station and offers a good place to stay at a reasonable price. The rooms are simply but very functionally furnished and very clean and technically very well thought out. Unfortunately, the windows can only be tilted. The beds are of good quality and are as good as new. The staff are friendly and helpful.

What is absolutely unacceptable in times of Corona is that parts of the staff ignore all Corona regulations of the hotel management. There is a notice on the hotel elevator that correctly states that the elevators may only be used by 1 person. Despite this, a member of the staff squeezed into the elevator with me, even though I had expressly said that I did not want this (!), with the terse comment "we are one meter apart..."! That is absolutely unacceptable and should actually be reported to the responsible supervisory authority. Apparently, even in the currently most sensitive phase of the pandemic, parts of the staff do not care at all about the hotel management's instructions. Shocking and a great shame, as the reception staff are again acting in an absolutely exemplary manner.

Hotel and rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Reception was quick and friendly. Breakfast room and breakfast were clean, large and plentiful. Parking in the boarding house right next door was a good suggestion. Location very good. Very satisfied.

Ich musste wegen einer Absage meiner Fortbildung mein Hotel stornieren. Diese Stornierung wurde anstandslos akzeptiert und mir wurde zugesichert das ich meine bereits bezahlten Kosten wieder erhalten würde. Nach längeren E-Mail Austausche und immer wieder Vertröstungen das ich mein Geld zurückbekomme schaltete Ich einen Anwalt der sich darum kümmert. Leider wurde mir erst durch einschalten des Anwalts berichtet das sich die Kette in einen Insolvenzverfahren befindet. Ich sollte mir also keine Hoffnung für meine Rückerstattung machen.
