Great hotel!

Súper decent hotel outstanding staff my stay here with my family was wonderful and comfortable. The best thing about a vacation is to rest well and have a delicious breakfast and this hotel has it all, a first class service, with high quality care, I have to mention what caught my attention the most was the hygiene at breakfast time is very Important for me. I don't have many photos but I do have videos that I can't upload here from the hotel but I have it on my Instagram karol__0729….Very satisfied with our stay, just need to implement the parking

If you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome. I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

Out of the train station, you need to push the luggage to go uphill, walk 15-20min, very tiring. The hotel is built on the hillside and on the mountain, so Lobby is on the 2nd floor. And we booked the terrace room, in the PL floor, lawn, recliner, lake view, sunset... After all, it belongs to the Italian-speaking area, so the staff looks more like a passionate Italian. I was pleased to spend three wonderful days at the Hotel Firenze in Lugano and I couldn't be more enthusiastic than my experience. This charming hotel has really made my stay unforgettable in all respects. Since I reached the threshold, I was welcomed with a warm smile from the professional and courteous staff. Their attention to details and dedication to make sure that all my needs were met made my stay very pleasant from the beginning. The hotel restaurant is a real treasure for the kitchen lovers. Each meal I enjoyed was a unique culinary experience. The dishes were prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, and the staff were careful to my food preferences. Candlelight dinners in the inner courtyard added (on request) a touch of romanticism to my evenings. The location of the Hotel Firenze is simply invidiable. The walks along the lake and visits to local boutiques have been a key part of my experience. But what really made my stay at the Hotel Firenze so special was the sincere and careful attention of the staff. In addition to providing good services, they have made every interaction a pleasant and familiar moment, as if I was home away from home. In the end, my three-day stay at the Hotel Firenze in Lugano was simply perfect. I was not only able to enjoy a accommodation in one of Switzerland's most attractive cities, but also found a shelter where comfort, hospitality and elegance are combined with a unique experience.

Nice and modern hotel in good location with great views over the Lago di Lugano. The staff was professional, experienced and super friendly. Breakfast was always good with plenty of choice. We'll definitely stay again at Grand Hotel Campione!

Hôtel charmant dans un cadre ravissant. Personnel souriant et attentionné. Chambre équipée de tout le confort nécessaire, avec de surcroît un joli balcon. Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner. Une petite mésaventure m’est arrivée dans cet hôtel : j’ai malencontreusement oublié dans ma chambre une pochette contenant mes foulards favoris. Lorsque je m’en suis aperçue, j’ai pris contact avec la réception, et mes précieux foulards m’ont été promptement renvoyés. Je remercie tous les membres de l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme !

Very friendly staff in service, reception and bar. Good cuisine, which is however closed on Sunday and Monday evenings. The room was clean and well furnished but dark and without the advertised mountain view but directly on a residential building. The beds were very comfortable though. The reserved and confirmed parking space was not available. In the vicinity there are only short-term parking spaces. The breakfast is very, very modest. The wine from the wine vending machine on the 1st floor not recommended. All in all a nice, clean 3 star hotel but way too expensive.
