Everything about this hotel was special. The pan room in the vineyard was magical. The pool the food the setting the staff and the spa outstanding. One of our favourite places we have been to. We would highly rexommend it. We definatley are coming back.

The experience was simply incredible from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and easy, and the communication throughout was clear and helpful. Upon check-in, Faustino and Gonzalo at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed and gave us a warm welcome. The Hamam experience with Veronica and Micaela was also amazing—they explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were ready for the wonderful experience ahead. We then had the pleasure of receiving heavenly massages from Olga and Kelly, whose angelic hands made us feel like we were in paradise. Dinner, which included a 3-course meal with wine, was exquisite, and breakfast was equally delicious. In conclusion, we highly recommend Entre Cielos. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Hola, el lugar es excelente y la atención es esmerada por los chicos que tienen muy buena disposición!! No pongo el puntaje máximo por dos razones. La tarifa resulta muy alta aunque no entiendo bien porqué pero todos los hoteles de Mendoza de estas características son excesivamente caros.... La otra es que fuimos a hacer un circuito clásico del Spa que es excelente aunque nuestro turno fué a las 19:00 hs y parece que como éramos los últimos la persona que nos atendió se quería ir se puso a limpiar el sauna haciendo ruido mientras limpiaba y quería que abreviaramos el relax aunque estaba abierto hasta las 21:00. Para destacar las instalaciones del SPA excelentes y las masajistas que nos atendieron superlativas!! No obstante estos detalles el lugar y la atención es muy buena y muy recomendable.

The people are the ones that differentiate this hotel to others. They really make you feel pampered and a place to retreat and healing. I misplaced my sunglass and the staff go extra miles to search it and finally they found it. The rest are just perfect!

What a place. Great location amongst the vineyards with lovely room and facilities. Pool and hot tub superb with great breakfast. Staff attentive and keen to please. Wine tasting a nice experience and views of Andes breathtaking at dawn/dusk

I had really high hopes for this place especially with the price point. We paid for the vineyard loft room which was disappointing- tiny bathroom, people can see inside your entire room, and dogs barking woke us up at 6am every day. The spa was bizarre, major language barriers so we had no idea what was going on and why, and the hammam circuit was lukewarm baths that made no sense. The hot stone was so hot I had marks on my legs and back for days. Food at the restaurant was decent. The wine tasting at the hotel was a joke, they give you the cheapest possible wines to taste and there were flies everywhere. I tried to get the concierge to help me book wineries and they were no help. Staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem happy to be there. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
