El Carmelo Mountain Lodge is an oasis of pure cultured elegance: the gardens, the pool and cabanas, the exceptional food and wines. We came to the region to day hike Aconcagua and Parque Provincial Cordon Del Plata. We loved the hikes but found ourselves looking forward to a return to the lodge, where we whiled away many hours on the patio watching the day end over the mountains. We slept with no AC, just a window open. The beds and amenities are top notch.

O Hotel é um sonho! A vista para as montanhas bem ali na sua frente ao acordar. Quarto muito bem equipado e muito confortável. A comida excelente, sempre servida quentinha, feita na hora é muito saborosa. Indico e voltarei.

Beautiful lodge in a superb location with just a few fabulous rooms, pool and dining. Also a lovely garden. The attention to detail in each room is excellent: decor is tasteful and modern, well equipped kitchenette, plenty of soft seating, a balcony looking uninterrupted to the Andes with chaise lounge chairs with warm ponchos provided - we got up to see the sunrise hitting the Andes. An excellent dinner in the old house and breakfast on our terrace in the morning. We were lucky to have a chance to chat with Ricardo, our host. Charming, well travelled and great company.

Aside from how beautiful and romantic the hotel property is, we had such great experience communicating with the hotel and the staff. They are really helpful, accommodating and understanding! Our schedules got moved a couple of times and they were so helpful and flexible to move our reservation. What I loved the moser was that I could directly chat with an actual person instead of a bot or jumping through hoops to be able to talk to someone in stressful time! Thank you so much for all your help!

Desde el momento de la reserva hasta nuestra partida , atención increíble . Carolina siempre al pendiente y explicando al detalle …. como llegar … que podíamos visitar … siempre en contacto, para lo que necesitemos . Y Neyla ( quien nos recibió y nos atendía preparando el desayuno, la cena exquisita preparada por un chef de primera , unos vinos excepcionales y siempre atenta a lo que necesitáramos . Una persona increíble. La suite de película muebles , vajilla , el baño , la cama comodisima y todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta . Hasta en el balcón 2 hermosos ponchos por si teníamos frío . Correr el cortinado y ver la magestuosidad. de la Cordillera de Los Andes y semejante paisaje , no tiene precio . La vegetación , sentarse en los camastros de la pileta y escuchar esa cascada … sin pababras . Agradecemos a todos por su atención y esperamos volver prontamente

Incredible once in a lifetime type unique personalised boutique experience highlighted by; Having dinner outside looking out over the snow- capped mountains Amazing food and wine Rooms are huge and luxurious Hosts make you feel like home, just one example: they organised a private tango lesson at the lodge one night for my partner which she loved. Can’t recommend enough!
