The service is awesome, staff are very friendly, interactive and helpful. Some of the staff we interacted are; Patterson, Janet, Christine Harrison, Chef Ambrose etc. The rooms are clean and house keeping are good at there work.. the pillows are the fluffiest I have ever slept on.

The customer service is the very good. The game drives you get to see alot of elephants in the morning and evenings. The food us delicious and with wide variety at the buffet. Chef Anish the children chef makes good children meals at your request which was really good.

We loved the New heated pool. It's Amazing. Dorothy at the Restaurant was always smiling :-) Shake We really enjoyed your service and thanks for taking lovely photos ( Memories treasured) Winnie thank you for taking care of our girls while we enjoyed ourselves :-) Jimmie and James at the Pool were always cheerful and ready to change our towels. Our experience at Taita hills was truly delightful, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. The resort itself is remarkable, characterized by its stunning surroundings and exceptional facilities. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the food, which was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the service provided by your staff was commendable. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Janet and Robert, who served us with warmth and kindness, contributing significantly to our positive experience. Overall, our visit was memorable, and we are already looking forward to returning to Taita Hills Resort in the near future. Please extend my appreciation to the rest of the team for making our stay so enjoyable. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

We stayed one night in the hotel. It was a nice experience. Special mention to the desserts. We appreciate the family friendly activities and the large swimming pool. The sanctuary is big enough to have a game drive, even if the animals were not many that season (early January)

Amazing resort that combines a wild stay with modern ambience. As a guest you get to enjoy both Taita Hills and Salt lake resort. I enjoyed the infinity pool coupled with amazing game drives. Very professional staff who are friendly, thumbs up to chef Shawn, the grilled pork slapped really well. Great team at the restaurant , Josephine would always be there to warmly welcome guests ,Isaac , Harrison , Omar, Dorothy, Christine would always be ready to attend to us and make us enjoy our dining. From me it’s a 5⭐️ rating

An all round awesome experience, big shout out to animators John (safi),Antony (black panther)and Mohammed (last born) Joshua the waiter,Ian also at the pool Danson the chef, all the house keepers were best, we enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious

The food was yummy,the hosiptality was good .The swimming pool was beautiful with the landscape background. The two Janet,Uncle Patterson,Josephine at the restaurant reception with my girl 👏🏾👏🏾 Lydia at the massage,Janet for housekeeping,Christine with my baby, The gifts and the kwaheri cake, the kiddie club with Ms Winnie and Cynthia with my kids and activities. I really loved my experience Will be back soon
