I liked the hotel itself and the location, however this was all self service property. When you get there, you have to use a machine to check in, there’s literally no human individual to welcome you in, not one soul. They didn’t offer clean service, at all. We stayed two nights, and though the hotel room was very nice and clean the breakfast ******!! They only offer coffee, pastries, fruit, cheese and yogurt. I felt like blah… wouldn’t book here again. The location however was perfect for the activities that needed to be done within distance.

We loved this stay! The room was very clean and the view we had on the 4th floor was really nice! They put a fan in the room so that it would cool us down a bit. The breakfast was nice as well, and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The hotel is right by the train station so that was very convenient. Overall, very nice place. Thank you!

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof und der Self Checkin funktioniert sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht und im Treppenhaus stehen sogar Zeitschriften und Bücher zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, sehr schön angerichtet, frische Produkte und top Qualität! Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr herzlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder

We loved Emma’s. It was cute, quaint, quiet, safe, comfortable, and relaxing. It also had more bathroom space than you typically find in a European hotel and the bed was larger too. We had a private balcony that overlooked the lake and mountains, such a beautiful view. Breakfast in the morning had lots of options, very tasty. And the hotel had lots of cute touches like a library and coffee nook inside an old elevator. You can also store your luggage and it’s literally right next to the train station. Perfect place to stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Emma’s, everything was exceptional from the self Check-in ,to the clean aesthetic property,conveniently located near the train station ,wonderful views of Lungersee and most of all the courteous Emma & all her staff.Definitely will stay again!!
