Bed and pillows are comfortable for my sleep. Location is very convenient - subway is just below the hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful with my enquiries.

The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Very satisfied, very clean. As soon as you get out of the subway, you are right in front of the hotel. Fried chicken is convenient. I have two kids with a lot of clothes. After I came back from the first day out, I found that the hotel thoughtfully sent us a clothes drying rack, which was perfect. Even if there was no water, we were given two extra bottles. It was a heartwarming hotel. We will come back next time. There is David's World opposite, which has a lot of food and a supermarket. If you are bringing children, I recommend Fish Together and bibimbap, which is also good. If it is too popular, just block it and don't go there. Outside, I recommend Huaji Porridge Shop.

I made a temporary reservation two days before departure and there were not many choices. There were basically only express hotels near the ancient city. The comments in the comments section were ”poor sound insulation, poor sanitation, noisy environment, small rooms” and so on. So I gave up convenience and chose living experience. Most of the guests in this hotel drive themselves. Parking is convenient and free, and transportation is convenient. Opposite the hotel is Peony Square and Peony Square subway station. Below the hotel is the very lively Guangzhou Street Night Market with many snacks. The hotel is clean, the decoration is new, the room is large enough, Xiaodu smart home control, and the basic hotel services are complete. The staff are all good, especially the floor cleaning ladies who are friendly and smiling. The housekeeper left a note and gave the child a small gift, which he liked very much. Not to mention how good the daily welcome fruit is, it’s just a piece of cake. I will give it a priority next time I come to Luoyang. I didn’t take any photos or borrow pictures.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a first-class room. It was very big, and the bathroom was also very big. The shower and toilet were separated. There is a green forest outside the window, and you can actually see magpies playing in the trees. One window is a bit broken and a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall situation. There are actually various books to read in the room and in the corridor. I didn't expect that I read one every night. The location is very good, very close to the Longmen High-speed Railway Station. There may be road problems and a detour to the hotel. It feels like it takes 10 minutes to drive, but it really doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get to the high-speed railway station from the hotel. It's just past the main road at the door. The nearby Metro Line 2 is also very close, no more than 500 meters away. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and the service is great.

Superb views over the old town towards the reconstructed Tang gates (btw the museum dedicated to the archaeology of the Tang gate foundations is superb), the hotel is in a great location not far from the river and local restaurants. Great shower, large room with comfortable bed, checkout time 4pm which was really useful, would definitely stay again.
