房間衞生很一般，地毯上還有瓜子殼，床單有沒洗乾淨的印跡。水壺很臟。馬桶也沒清理乾淨。還挑這個貴的酒店，結果還不如人家民宿

房間衞生特別差，地毯很臟，隔音特別差，浴室花灑到處漏水，水特別小，就這房間還是23年開業的，看起來很舊了，總之，不建議住，特別是地毯上的衞生，真事堪憂啊

和長輩一起出現，訂了兩間房1.地毯很臟很久，2.浴室熱水不好，3.花灑噴頭有點壞到處噴水，4.洗浴間門下也沒有密封條，一直往門外流水。。。。洗完澡很狼狽。5.餐廳吃的晚餐，八點到，點了四個菜，等到九點半才慢悠悠陸陸續續上了三個菜，二三十分鐘端一個菜把你掉起，困得等不了，才説第四個菜做不了，沒有材料，我請問那一個半小時時間裏你不説？中間催菜那麼多次你也不説？而且上的第一個涼菜也是錯的，退回去又重新端上來的。

我們一行昨天從臨潭來到了碌曲縣，先游完了則岔石林景區後來到酒店入住。酒店前台小妹非常熱情，有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店二樓有餐廳，吃的非常不錯。早餐自助餐豐盛，服務人員都很客氣。是旅行度假的合適酒店。
