Luquillo Hotels with Airport pickup service

I booked this hotel by accident. The hotel is new and in a good location. I booked a deluxe king-size bed this time. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they arranged a room for me. The scenery outside the window attracted us the most. The lake view is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus point. It was a special trip. Satisfied.

I'm only giving this place a 3 because it definitely needs some updated amenities. This is a no frill kind of place. The room was clean and looked as though it had recently been redone (we stayed in #23). However, there is nothing special about it besides the amazing view. No coffee or water in the room at all. Or on the property either. Just the addition of that would be helpful in my opinion. There are also no blow dryers in the bathroom. That would be good to know before staying here. Most places now provide that. I did love the self check in and the lockers. That was nice! We also loved our view from our balcony. It had an amazing view of the ocean and we were right over the restaurant but we didn't really hear any additional noise because of that. The beds were quite hard and there weren't any additional blankets in the room. Overall it's ok for a night but I wouldn't want to stay for an extended stay.

Ahhh where to start? I had an amazing time at this hostel. I was always greeted in such a friendly way, and the rooms were always cleaned and well maintained by the excellent housekeeper, Edwin. He was so kind and gave great recommendations, and kept the bathroom and room very well maintained and clean. Dinelys and Nina were both so helpful and welcoming, especially since it was my first time in a hostel. I enjoyed my first time so much that I came back for another 4 nights a few days later! And thank God I did, i met some incredible people on my return visit! The rooftop is wonderful, and I felt very at home. The beach is a quick 6-10 minute walk away, and there’s plenty of food and shops around. Will absolutely stay again the next time I’m in San Juan! 🤍🤍

Just a 5-minute drive from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in San Juan/Carolina, Puerto Rico, this hotel is a favorite. The friendliness of the staff and every single hotel employee is commendable. They really go out of their way to make you feel, not only at home but as if you were family. The restaurants are outstanding. Having their great breakfast buffet in an open restaurant facing the beach is a fantastic experience. The rooms are comfortable, and the views (if you get a room with a view or partial view) are breathtaking. It is undergoing a lot of renovations inside the main lobby area so it will be even prettier than it was before. The beach is fantastic!

The hotel is in a very central location in the old town, you can walk anywhere. Very local, and the service is very helpful. The hotel environment is incomparable to that of well-known local hotels. After all, in the old town. It is recommended to stay in this hotel for 1-2 days. Play in the old town. Then go to the hotel to stay for a few days and then play other items.

Very new hotel, the room is a little smaller, not far from the beach, surrounded by Hilton hotels and several high-end apartments. Breakfast is arranged in a nearby restaurant. The supply is relatively simple. The hotel is not very convenient for parking. The only car parked at the Hilton Hotel and a shopping mall is expensive. 24 baht per 24 hours, some open parking is cheaper. But nobody was taken care of at night. Several young girls at the front desk have strong communication skills. The ferry to C Island was changed to Ceiba. Fajardo, who was not checked before, fortunately, the exchange was clear before, and almost missed the trip and praised the front desk!

We would definitely stay aty Fajardo Inn again! The facility was great and staff very friendly. Hoever, worth mentioning, if you stay outside of high season, the swim up and pool bar will be closed. Also, you aren't able to enter the property before checking in (4PM) luckily we were able to get an early checkin, but originally the security guard wouldn't even let us on to property to speak to front desk about early check in.

Our cruise ship came into port at 8:30 a.m. and the hotel was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage until check in at 3:00. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel is close to the beach - only about a block away as well as Ashford Avenue with tons of restaurants and shops. However, the rooms are a bit depressing. The walls are pretty bare, linoleum on the floor and the elevator was scary - sounds like you are going to get stuck in it by the way it groans. When I sat on the terrace I just overlooked concrete buildings and roofs. There is a nice little outside lobby with patio tables and umbrellas to sit at and a decent little breakfast room. Also be aware of the ”coquis” - high pitched sounds by the tree frogs in the lagoon nearby. These are all over Puerto Rico but drove me bananas when I was trying to sleep! Finally i just tuned them out. The price here was less than the higher priced hotels nearby but you might want to spend the extra money for a cheerier room and stay right on the beach.
