房間寬敞，地理位置方便，就在廬山會議舊址站，景區內班車和上下山大巴車都能到。由於去的時候廬山索道關閉了。景區大巴車坐過站後，由於帶着長者，給酒店溝通後，安排司機師傅開車來接送，整體服務挺好，前台小姐姐走的時候送了伴手禮。入住體驗還是不錯的。

可能是淡季的關係，住客不多，感謝前台還給升了景觀房，服務人員都很熱情，餐廳的菜量很足，還給住客打了折。

五十年代的父母非常滿意這個酒店，覺得又舒服又有意義，房間很大，暖氣也足的，媽媽還穿酒店免費提供的旗袍照了美照，酒店位置也很方便，出門口不遠就是觀光車會址站，推薦👍

非常好👍完全超出期待😊全體服務人員都特別熱情，真正的賓至如歸！
首先是前台，迎賓特別熱情，幫助聯繫酒店接送特別快，熱情介紹酒店各項設施，回答問題特別耐心。還主動介紹省力好看的廬山景點遊覽路線，和北上廣的五星級酒店相比，服務符合五星級標準，但是更加真誠、熱情。
其次是樓層衞生服務員，打掃乾淨，見到客人微笑打招呼。
最後軍官餐廳的迎賓和收銀服務員都特別好，服務態度太好了。咖啡吧服務員也很好。
