Rooms freezing cold most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on Springs sticking in us. Asked to move room reception refused would've been just the same is we'd slept on streets

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and the nightstand were also friendly. Only downside was rhat there was no bar in the hotel ir a place to get any refreshments but otherb rhab. That it was a good cheap budget friendly hotel and for the money I paid I can't really complain

I can’t believe it I’m in hotel or better to sleep in my car, it’s horrible and the staff are careless.

The inner hose of the shower is totally exposed and there is even a blood stain on the toilet floor

After watching shxts & gxggs AVOID AVOID AVOID for the sake of James mental health. This place seems diabolical and the reviews elsewhere are absurd all I can think of is the wet carpet situation if people are complaining about the smell the worker must of pissed kn the carpet to add some fun shway.

Mould in the room, fire hoses blocked off, lift not working, car park a dumping ground for rubbish and a £15 charge for parking. This place is really anunfinished derelict renovation, those bits done to a poor standard. Worrying Asbestos signs covering the fire hoses! I will not be staying again!

Bottom line it is cheap(er). Staff were good. Hotel lacks any sense of quality, so be warned. Room was functional and clean and I slept well. 3 star feels fair but understand range from 1-5 as both awful and very good depending on your needs.

The worst experience ever. Unable to use the shower as this sets off the fire alarms in the hotel. Widows broken in a few rooms and so no heat stays in the room. When asked for support staff unprofessional and brought a hairdryer to heat up the room and laughed. No refunds available even though they aren’t able to provide the basics. We came for just 1 night as we had just landed in Luton airport. Needed to wear 3 layers of clothes to stay warm. Also the lifts don’t work, Unprofessional and rude.
Response from Property: Thank you for your feedback , i sincerely apologies for your experience. Rest assured the hotel had just reopened at this moment and we have really improved on all issues . Firstly heating is now full functioned with round the clock maintenance in place for any issues. Fire alarms and smoke alarms all serviced and functioning , door locks all functioning securely . Flat screen TVs working brand new state of the art . Tea and coffee making facilities in place . Daily house keeping . I hope you will give us a chance again and get great value from our accommodation . Rest assured we are constantly improving

Terrible experience. Listed as three stars. Only close if it is 3 out of 100. Certainly the worst three star hotel we have ever experienced. Reception looks quite decent. Checked in and no directions to the room. No mention of breakfast being available which was probably a blessing. Once you leave reception the hotel is very run down and aged. Carpet fraying and dirty, walls dirty and the lift broken. The rooms are even worse. Single glazed windows from the 70s allowing the full experience of heavy weekend city centre traffic and sirens. Rooms unclean. Desk sticky and unwashed. Chair padding stained and dirty. We weren't impressed with the bed / mattress but the single pillow was reasonably comfortable. The sink and bath had marks from what looked like cigarettes being put out from many years ago. You even have to then go back to reception and ask from toilet roll as none provided in the bathroom. And the male receptionist disappeared to return with an armful but only handed across a single roll. Luckily we weren't staying long enough to have to go back and ask for a second roll. Unfortunately this was an experience which will not see us returning.

I was in hospital for surgery so my wife stopped here for 1 night to make visiting easier. The hotel was booked last minute and they were told that she would not be checking in til late at night. When she turned up they wouldn't let her in as she has no photo id but she did have the booking reference. My stepdad who booked the room had to ring the hotel reception to explain again and wife was left in reception while sorting. The receptionist spoke to her manager by fone and was obviously being asked questions as she was asked what's she like?? What did this question actually mean??? Apart from that the hotel smelt of dirty clothes the room was shabby and the air con would not switch off. Dirty hotel and rude service,avoid.

No double glazed windows, traffic noice all night struggle to sleep . No temperature control I.e AC doesn't work. For parking receptionist asked for £15. Hallway stink of something. Would not recommend

Very bad indeed. They booked me into a room but when I entered there was a single female in the bed . Both of us completely shocked and embarrassed as you can imagine. The deposit that I was asked for in arrival I've still not received back yet. They promised that it would take 1 day to receive back into my account. Then they said 2 days. Then 7 days. I've phoned up every single day to hear different lies. In fact it takes 28 days to recover the funds. But they will not ever tell you that. ******** smell throughout the hotel. Paper thin walls. Black mould in the shower. Worst hotel ever
