Luton not Luton but countryside
We had a lovely short break in the cottages while visiting family near by. We had some lovely walks and it is a nice location.
Only issue is the low water pressure in the shower which the owner makes you aware of and is outside of their control but we can't fault it in any other way and will definitely stay again when we are visiting family in Houghton Regis.

Peaceful stay
Perfect peaceful stay, good location for access to villages and town. Very good value for money compared to most local stay overs.

Very Poor - Avoid.
Unable to access the property. No response from eiter of the contact numbers available so in the end I slept in the car. Subsequently when contacting via the email address provided, I've not even had a response.

2 night base for local wedding
Clean & comfortable. Easy check in. Hairdryer provided on request. Bed comgortable. Shower was barely usable as it alternated between cold & very hot. No hot water in bsthroom sink/ limited warm water in kitchen.
No cooker only microwave - who knew you could cook bacon & eggs in a microwave! 10 minute walk to pub with standard pub food. Secure parking. Nice garden area when weather allows use.

Belle Cottage
W stayed in the cottage called Belle, it was as ok. My disappointment was the poor quality bed linen ,the duvet and pillows were well past there use by date. If they were to replace with better quality items it would be a massive improvement.
It was easy to find and the checking in was seamless as we arrived quite late in the evening. It was well situated for what we needed

Stayed for one night on business. Lovely chalets and when inside there is no sound. Room was very comfortable. Room was clean with just a couple of minor issues like some areas not dusted. Would highly recommend and use again if im ever in Luton

We booked a twin bed room/chalet called "Ruby" when we arrived we were informed that this had been changed to another room with a double bed. We found the room cold, musky smelling, dirty and kitted out with worn our furniture. Advertised with "climate-control" in fact was an electric radiator that wasn't working. We left the place after 15 minutes and didn't stay the night. If you do stay be careful trying to get out of the narrow lane where the property is situated, it comes onto the A6 Bedford road which is very busy, you'll need to have you wits about you.
