After traveling over 10 hours, I checked in at 10:30pm, eager for a hot shower and some rest. To my disappointment, there was no hot water and no shower gel in the room (the bottle was there, but found empty inthr mid of shower). Soaked and freezing, I reported this to the reception right after my terrible shower at 11pm. They promised to address the issue by morning but only offered a room change—no compensation. I declined because I have OCD and had already cleaned the room thoroughly with alcohol wipe and covered the pillow with a disposable pillowcase. During the six days I waited, every time I followed up with the hotel, the reception staff reassured me that the hotel owner and manager were handling it seriously and that compensation would be provided. However, after six days of follow-ups, the manager’s response was not only delayed but incredibly arrogant. He brushed me off, stating he’d been on vacation and had hundreds of emails to address, showing no concern for my discomfort or the time I had waited. As a returning guest, I felt completely disregarded. No guest should endure such dismissiveness and lack of empathy. When I returned to my home country, I contacted my booking platform to share my experience. They empathized with me and reached out to the hotel multiple times, recognizing my frustration after a week of chasing. Yet, the hotel’s response was the same—arrogantly insisting their solution was simply to change rooms. As a business owner, I understand that cleanliness issues or faulty facilities can be easily addressed. However, if the hotel is managed by someone with an arrogant attitude who doesn’t sincerely listen to guests, I fear they won’t succeed in the long run. From the manager’s tone, it was clear he didn’t care about my review or concerns, adopting a dismissive attitude throughout.

The bed is placed between a pillar and the window sill. The bed cannot be dropped from the left or right. It can only be dropped from one side, which is very inconvenient! The photo is not like this, I feel like I have been deceived🥹 There was no refill shower gel in the bathroom, so I had to step out in the middle of the shower and look for shower gel in my suitcase to complete the showering process😭😭 The bed is very soft and the quilt is relatively simple. I even found one or two short hairs on the bed🥲 The good thing is that the decoration of the hotel is relatively new👍🏼 and the service staff are quite polite.

Amazing! Can’t fault this hotel. From check in to correspondence to our check out! Amazing staff hotel and atmosphere. I’ve been here on a few occasions as we fly from Luton. Not only is this a great hotel to stay but the service you get from staff is outstanding. So polite and willing. Thanks guys!

Traveled to Luton for a wedding, A party of three couples, chose to stay at Sadie By Best Western Luton. our choice was based on Price and Location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, bus stop, and main town center. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The highlight is the staff are friendly and helpful. A nice and clean facility will stay again. Recommended.

This hotel is very close to Luton town centre. With on site parking, which needs to be reserved on booking, it makes for a perfect location to stay in Luton. Rooms are compact, but very clean and well appointed. But, it is the staff, especially Vishal and Neeraj at reception, made the stay even better. Polite, knowledgeable, personable and very patient, nothing was too much of an ask. Been long since I remember such personalised service. They are truly a credit to this hotel.

We stayed for two nights while in town to attend a funeral. On arrival we were greeted by two friendly young men at reception who recommended their restaurant. So we decided to dine in for your first night and we were delighted that we did because the food was beautiful. I had the Bream and my wife had the Salmon with some very nice wine. We were so impressed we decided to dine here on our 2nd night as well and loved it. Breakfast was also very good, buffet style with lots of choices. Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable with all you would expect from a top quality hotel. It is very obvious that this hotel is very well managed with great emphasis on quality of product and customer service. A welcoming, attentive and efficient service was evident throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Mannasi who served us in the restaurant and in the bar, she is such a lovely efficient and friendly lady. Next time we’re back in Luton we will certainly stay here.

We stayed one night after a short bus ride from Luton Airport. The room was lovely spotless and modern! ! Staff on reception all very welcoming, polite and helpful. The food and service in the restaurant absolutely lovely too! We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hotel! I could not fault it in any way. The staff were fantastic and really helped us. Our flight had been cancelled so EasyJet booked us in to this hotel. It’s only a short taxi ride from the airport. The staff had a meal ready and waiting for us and sorted out accommodation for one of our party who should have been staying in another hotel miles away. I think that Vishal was the name of the man who was most kind to us. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable.

Where to begin , breakfast was terrible the food was cold and the drinking water was warm , the dinner menu should have been good however uncooked chips and bland pepper sauce was what I got , fyi the pepper sauce was 3.50 for a table spoon full , the dish was taken away and filled when I mentioned it . The lager one night was getting pipes cleaned ( however no one was running the cleaning fluid through ) the mini fridge in the room was warm , I was informed it wasn't supposed to be cold . Parking is very tight but secure . The room had some tec gadgets but no information on how to use any of it . The gym mentioned is not situated in the building , and when I asked reception if it was safe to be out in the area I was told it's ok you can just run . The shower was decent . Coffee machine looked decent in the room however in 4 nights I didn't work out how to get a full cup out of it . Air con was good and the lady's running the restraunt were friendly .

We stayed here as a last minute booking for after the Radio One big weekend. Like all Luton hotels, prices of rooms were double what they would normally be. We paid £230 for a family room with breakfast. The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms look nice. The rooms are full of tech that is glitchy and doesn’t really work properly. Our doorbell randomly kept going off although no one was pressing it! On reporting this to the front desk we were just told to take the key card out the door and it would stop… yes it would as there would be no electrics in the room!! The beds are super hard and the black out curtains in the room don’t work… so light floods in. Buttons on the wall flash and beep away!! Breakfast isn’t really worth the money. The cooked breakfast looked like it had been sitting out for ages before any guests had appeared for breakfast. You could tell by the fried eggs that looked like rubber. The hash browns and sausages were cold. The only thing that was hot were the beans. When asked on checking whether our stay was ok, we did mention the issues, but the member staff really wasn’t interested. It was just a box ticking exercise.

The room was ok, but we definitely do not recommend the restaurant. The prices on the menu are not the prices the apply on the bill, food is not good. Soggy chips and overcooked chicken. They made us pay 10.75 £ for aperol when on the Manu said 8£ when we asked the bar tender said that was the price for aperol. I hate to say that but stuff barely speaks English.. it is a NO for me.
