We stayed in the hotel for one night while passing through. The comfort of the bed was definitely a positive. Overall, the room and the service were very good. Drivers to the city, etc. were ordered. However, there were also misunderstandings regarding the shuttle. The staff's English was sometimes very difficult to understand.
We found the restaurant below average. A lot of it was sold out and this could not be clarified in advance. The waiter tried very hard, but had to ask for each new choice. The food itself was also mediocre.
The spa area was below average. The staff tried very hard, but the massage room was not inviting to relax and was poorly designed. The shower in the room dripped the whole time. The fitness center was OK because there were lots of dumbbells. Both were rather out of the way. The pool was nice. However, the showers by the pool were broken.
