Okko Hotels Lyon Pont Lafayette Reviews

The Okko hotel staff went above and beyond to help us when we lost our passport and had to cancel one night of hotel stay to go to Paris embassy. They were understanding, let us use our room charge to purchase items from their store and helped us translate and speak to individuals. I’m very impressed and the club amenities were convenient with free flow drinks and snacks. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Lyon!

Pls upgrade the cleanliness for the room especially for the toilet.

Love the place! Especially the lounge and coworking space. Location is perfect if you want to spend time in city centre and go for dinner.

It looks like a beautiful hotel, the room was very austere, I don’t recommend it to couples, for the money you can find better in the city

Very good location. Small but comfortable room. Very pleasant linen sheets and perfect soundproofing compared to the street. Very nice building and the “club” is a great idea!

The staff are very welcoming, the location is good, the view is beautiful, and the room I think is very clean! And the price is very friendly, but the disadvantage is that the water in the wash basin in the room is too slow. I hope you can repair it after seeing it. There is also a particularly delicious Chinese restaurant on the street next to the hotel!

Facilities: Good, there is a restaurant bar and coffee buffet on the first floor, which is great!
