Very satisfied with the all-inclusive island. The environment on the island is very good. Although there is some seaweed in the sea, the staff cleans it every day, which does not affect the holiday experience at all. I stayed at Ozen as a "transit" hotel because I had to board a plane the next day. It rained heavily on the first day we checked in, and the housekeeper had to serve several groups of people. Therefore, our briefing had to wait in the room for a long time before starting. (Isn’t there a butler for a group of guests?) On the second day, I visited the breakfast place. I personally thought that there were not many food choices, so I ordered a fried noodles (it was really delicious). As for the staff, I personally think they seem to work very hard and rarely smile. Including the free snorkeling activities we went to, we all had a bad experience.
