Overall an excellent experience given the hotel is centrally located to great restaurants and shopping experiences. Make sure you check into the hotel before 8pm!

zeker een aanrader
Super plek je parkeert onder het vrijthof, loopt werkelijk 30meter rechts naar het hotel en links naar het theater en je bent absoluut in het centrum. De kamer was super met een vrijstaand bad in de kamer. Heel gedronken en gedronken buiten op het terras met heaters -

Beautiful Gem
This is a perfectly situated boutique hotel with fabulous service and very pretty rooms. Our room had large windows facing the square, a very comfortable bed and amenities, a lovely bathroom, and it was meticulously kept.
I would come again in a heartbeat. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable Stay
We loved this hotel, right in the middle of the town square and within walking distance of all the sites. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It was easy to get to/from the train station.
We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully central, very comfortable
The perfect location for a city break, facing right onto the main square. My room was modern and spacious. The bed was very comfortable (just so you know, I like a firmer mattress) and it was a proper king-size mattress with a proper king-size duvet - not two singles pushed together as you often get in the Netherlands! Plenty of coffee supplied for the Nespresso machine and the room was made up nicely every day. The only small negative is that there was noise from outside, particularly from delivery vans serving the town square, but that's the flip side of the location. It didn't bother me during the day and I slept with earplugs in. So to summarise: if you like a firm mattress and you're OK with a little noise in exchange for the perfect location, then this is the place for you.

Convenient Location
Nice clean room in a central location. Very convenient for an overnight stay,
Parking was expensive (€26 for a day) but still cheaper than public parking but it was only accessible by walking around the outside of the hotel.

Het hotel ligt direct aan het Vrijthof, perfecte locatie, zeer nette kamers en zeer schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Het ontbijt a la carte is van zeer goede kwaliteit. Parkeren onder het gebouw is een goede aanvulling op alles wat geboden wordt.

My wife and I were very happy that we selected this hotel in Maastricht. It’s perfectly located in the heart of the historic centre on the lively Vrijthof square. The shopping streets are just around the corner. We were located in the annexe at the back of the hotel (quiet rooms). We had a large King room with a convenient bathroom (spacious shower) and the large bed was very comfortable. Breakfast (separately payable) was also very good. For those with lots of luggage, there’s a convenient elevator and large cupboard in the room. We didn’t use the hotel’s parking facilities but there’s a large (quite expensive €35/day) underground parking under the Vrijthof. We however arrived on a busy Sunday afternoon and when entering the city centre it was indicated the Vrijthof parking was full, so we parked our car on a huge (and much cheaper €16/day) parking, called Frontenpark (700m from the hotel, but that worked perfectly, even with a large suitcase). Briefly: this is a perfect address for your stays in Maastricht!
