Cleanliness can be improved, there's a smell, probably from the detergent used to wash bedsheets? Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools. Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

Sogo is a basic hotel with affordable prices, very friendly and hard staff. The room is relatively clean. It is located in the center, next to the Dau Bus Terminal, and very close to malls, fast food chains, banks, markets, churches, etc. It becomes very busy and it's common for people to wait in the lobby for the room that will be empty. Food can be ordered. One of the main problems is that WiFi is unreliable. Overall, a very good cheap hotel.

Just a simple and basic hotel room, with free liquid shampoo/soap, towel, no free toothbrush/toothpaste. Value for money. What I like here is they have a space in the lobby where you can bring your laptop and work. Spacious working area and high speed internet.

They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their casino, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

The room is really nice I loved the neutral colors and it was very spacious. The room service was great as well as the hotel cleaning service. Angelica cleaned my room two days in a row & was kind & polite. One time she cleaned my room while I was in there and we had good conversation as well as she taught me Tagalog. She was awesome.

I used a two-bedroom room because there was no deluxe room for the reservation. There is a restaurant on the first floor, but it didn't seem to be open yet. The staff seemed generally friendly. There was a mistake, so they asked me to check out a day early. I understand because it was a mistake. They also took care of my passport, which was really nice. It was geographically far from Koreatown, but it was very quiet, which was really nice.
