本人入住過澳門很多間酒店, 但頤居是第一次；整體都很滿意。但有兩件事我個人覺得酒店方面可以做得好一些，就是:
(1) 我入住前要求安排生日蛋糕，CHECK IN 時front desk 的男職員都有提醒我地當日的安排，我地非常感激。但蛋糕送到房間後，打算慶祝時打開才知道原來沒有附上臘燭，本來很開心可以在剛好的時間切蛋糕吹臘燭，最後我打去問前枱回覆是酒店沒有提供。這一點令我地非常不滿，酒店明知人客要求生日蛋糕，又怎可能沒提供呢? 如果真係沒有，應該事前通知我自行準備，好過即時要我周圍張羅。最後前台再回覆說可以找到，安排人送上房間給我。但已經是非常掃興了。
(2) 頤居是重新翻新的酒店，配套上應該要迎合時下客人需要，一部藍牙speaker 並不貴，竟然酒店房間沒有......我在check out 時問前台，他說只會在套房才會有，我覺得真的匪夷所思，只是一部藍牙speaker 而己，為什麼沒能提出呢???? 希望酒店第日能夠有所改變。
(3) 在check in 時, 前台職員主動為我地安排late check out 至下午1點，我地食過早餐後回房間休息，在12時多有一位前台的女職員打電話到房間話夠鐘check out，我當時真係非常不滿，我說入住時已經安排了late check out。究竟是check in 時的那一位男職員忘記寫低? 或是第二日早上前台的那位女職員沒有看清楚就隨便打電話上房呢? 這一點確實令我地非常不滿，而且十分影響我地的情緒及氣氛。希望酒店多加留意。

第一次住頤居，服務很好，前台全程介紹送到房間，mimib ar 水果歡迎茶，沒什麼可挑剔的，早餐也很棒，雖然自助用餐的空間不大，但是餐食出品都非常贊，人很少，私密性非常高，施全部沒人，有包場的感覺，體驗感應該會是很棒的。房間寬敞明亮、服務人員親切，很舒服的一次住宿體驗，下次還會再來

The service was very good. Tiffany and a long-haired girl at the front desk were very responsible and answered all questions. A young man with glasses and Jim at the concierge took the initiative to help with luggage and taxis. The service was very thoughtful! The cleaning staff of the room service was very friendly and would facilitate guests to solve any requests. For example, I didn't like the smell of the essential oils given by the night service, so they immediately changed it for me. It was very good! I will choose to stay here again in the future!
