City of Dreams - Nüwa Macau Reviews

My recent stay at Nüwa in Macau was truly unforgettable. The level of service provided by the Nüwa team was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the personalized surprises, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Kurt, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. The beautifully decorated room, complete with birthday decorations and a delicious cake, made the occasion even more special. The stunning view from my window added an extra touch of magic. I highly recommend Nüwa to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau.

Great hotel! Beds were soft, they had different options for pillows. Location was great. Great value for money. The staff was super helpful and greeted us by name. Would definitely reccomend the hotel. It was just a pity that the pool and spa was closed. Would go back to the hotel.

I booked it because of a friend's recommendation, and I found it to be a treasure hotel. Let me tell you what I like: 🌟The scenery is excellent. We booked a basic room. As soon as we entered the room, we were already super surprised. The Big Ben Tower can be photographed in any way the Internet celebrity camera likes. The night view is even more beautiful😍The favorite thing for a family of four in the room is to stare out the window~ The basic room has this view without any special requirements, I am really grateful! 🌟The room is spacious, the basic room is 60m. The lighting, air conditioning, etc. are all intelligently controlled, which is very user-friendly. The bathtub is very large and the bathing is first-class. The double bed is 1.5 meters, which is family-friendly with two children. They also took the initiative to add a bed for me for free, and I slept very comfortably. 🌟The quality of the desserts and fruits given is very good, not the kind that most hotels give for good looks, we ate them all! The mini bar is free. The handwritten card is also great. 🌟The service is very good. They called to inquire about the needs the day before, and they also paid great attention to the guests' feelings and night bed service when checking in on the day. The experience of these two days is very good, not many people, quiet and comfortable. 🌟 Located in City of Dreams, surrounded by Wynn Palace, Venetian, Londoner, and MGM, it is convenient to go anywhere. The children can take the light rail and the cable car of Wynn Palace just outside the door. 🌟 There is not much holiday premium. Our purpose is: you can stay in an expensive hotel, but you can't stay in an expensive hotel🤣

Full marks for service. The hotel is worthy of being one of the best hotels in Macau. The bedding, environment, hygiene and facilities are all in place. Downstairs is City of Dreams, and across the road is the Venetian. The breakfast is also delicious, and there are even sea cucumbers.

The hotel thoughtfully placed slippers on both sides of the bed. There are also two pairs of slippers in the closet. The quality of the slippers is super good. They are rubber-soled and non-slip. They are not very thin. They can be used for a long time when you take them home. Service: From the front desk service to the concierge, to the breakfast, all the staff are very enthusiastic. When they see the domestic travel documents, they will take the initiative to speak Mandarin, and their Mandarin is very standard. The hotel also sent welcome tea, an exquisite teapot, and two teacups. There are also welcome fruits, which are very fresh. It is really very exquisite. The bedside is equipped with a very pleasant fragrance oil, which can be sprayed on the pillow. Lavender has a great sleep-aiding effect and can also be used for facial nourishment. I really regret not asking where I can buy it. Snacks and free drinks in the mini bar: There are two Pringles potato chips and a Cup Noodles, all free. There is also a sufficient amount of drinks in the refrigerator, which can be added for free. As expected of Macau, it is "luxurious" in one word Definitely not the kind of thing that is just for show. The hotel's breakfast can be improved: first, the cutlery knife can be replaced with a pointed one, because it is not good for cutting sausages and eggs because it is difficult to cut. The bacon can be a little softer, it is now dry. Everything else is good, the service is very good
