Studio City Hotel Reviews

I recently stayed in the "Celebrity Tower" at Studio City 新濠影匯 and was left extremely disappointed by my experience. Despite the rooms being spacious, the soundproofing was terribly inadequate. I could hear every conversation, footstep, and the sound of children running in the corridors. Studio City markets itself as a multipurpose venue, boasting facilities like Water World, various dining options, entertainment, a cinema, and shopping. However, all these amenities fell short of expectations. The food was subpar, the entertainment offerings failed to amuse, and the shopping options were lackluster. Overall, my stay was a major letdown. I would advise others to avoid this hotel, as it does not live up to its advertised potential. Just a word of caution to anyone considering a stay here: you might want to look elsewhere.

Lovely big room with free snacks & drinks. Quick check in. Loved the waterpark with early entry for hotel guests.

The location is perfect for kids to stay and explore the surroundings. Super convenient to pretty much anywhere. The room is very nice equipped.

Modern hotel with best view in cotai. You can see parisian, eiffel tower and londoner from the room.

Amazing stays with Studio City Hotel. Great location and free shuttle from and return to port. 100% stratified hotel cleannesses. Awesome location and great choice for families stay.

The hotel is huge!!! Nice and beautiful hotel, also they have the waterpark inside (you have to pay but the swimming pool is free). The hotel also has water, soda, and drinks plus cup noodles for guests!!! I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is good for families. There is a water park, play house and al the activities for kids.

The hotel is overall ok for a short stay. We choose it because on trip.com it was mentioned as one of the best for families due to the kids playground, but turns out it’s not the hotel’s, there is a FunZone that can be accessed publicly in the same complex (adults pay the entrance even if they want to accompany their kids, and they were not flexible to let one parent go inside even just for the last 1/2 hour before closing, to accompany our 1-year-old…). The complex is huge (includes the W hotel as well) and has access to a huge mall with plenty of food options. The main hotels of Macau are walking distance. Room was ok and view is stunning, but we found rice under the armchair that hadn’t been cleaned…

Service is good but no more food choice. The price is very expensive

The Rooms are good but the Lobby is hard to find in the Shopponf Arcade. Generally the Hotel seems old compared to the adjacent hotels.

Everything is perfect, besides swimming pool, they restricted the visitor of Celebrity tower to use outdoor swimming pool only, and have to pay extra for entering indoor swimming pool. To be honest, after their water park launched, their outdoor swimming pool (free ) is getting smaller

The hotel lobby and public areas have a really impressive, modern design with a cinematic theme. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The hotel has an amazing array of dining and entertainment options, from high-end restaurants to casual cafes. We enjoyed exploring the Hollywood-themed attractions like the Warner Bros. Fun Zone and Batman Dark Flight ride. The ****** was also quite nice, with a lively atmosphere and great selection of tables and *****. The service throughout the hotel was excellent - the staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The hotel location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the Cotai ***** and major shopping malls. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Studio City Macau and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau. The combination of quality accommodations, world-class facilities, and great service made for a truly memorable experience. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Macau!"
