I had an accident, and an ambulance had to be called. Jenny was extremely professional and very reassuring throughout my ordeal. She suggested and arranged for me to change my room to be on the ground floor, which was vital upon my return from hospital. I can’t thank and praise Jenny highly enough for all that she did.

Overnight stay in this Premier Inn for a family party nearby. Jenny on reception welcomed us warmly and was such a friendly cheerful lady. Thank you Jenny. Our room was clean and very comfortable - there was plenty of tea and coffee available for the thirsty travellers! We would return.

Mike could literally not have been more helpful. Room was clean and well appointed , I have some mobility issues which were dealt with and overall we felt.that our trip was excellent. Because we had been let down by the nearby Tytherington club Mike even gave us a lift. Above and beyond.....

A great night and an ideal location, we also got the stay at a great price, and took advantage of the meal deal, so Breakfast and Evening Meal for £55. The staff in the Premiere Inn were very informative about the location, and how the meal deal worked, they then booked us a table at our desired time. We could not have asked for more!!! Thank you!

Not the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. The bed and pillows were fab, the shower was powerful and fluffy towels were provided. Service by staff was great, except at check out when I wanted to raise a complaint and enquire about the sleep guarantee - no staff around at all! The problem with this hotel is the building being old; we were kept awake and then also woken up due to the poor building. We could hear every step the people in the room above us made, every door that was opened and closed rippled through our room, we were by an internal door to get to other rooms which was banging. Not the best but for a budget Premier Inn what else can you expect.

We stay here quite often when visiting relations in Macclesfield and, as always, found it comfortable and clean and convenient. I would particularly cite the friendliness of the staff, both in the hotel and the pub next door. One proviso which applies to all Premier Inns. As I have grown older, I find it increasingly difficult to get in and out of the shower/bath and would very much like to have a grab rail in the bath to facilitate this. Perhaps Premier Inns could think about this becoming a feature of their bathrooms.

I stayed here for two nights whilst attending meetings nearby in Manchester. Check in was easy and efficient and the people on reception were all pleasant and helpful when I spoke to them. The room is your typical Premier Inn, clean tidy and a decent size. I had no problems with the room and it was as I expected. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The location was great, with easy access to main roads. And there was no noise to disturb me during the night. Overall a good hotel I’d happily stay at again if in the area.

All the staff members were welcoming and made it their business to ensure we were happy. Check in was efficient, the bar and restaurant staff were superb and the breakfast shift were cheerful and attentive. The bedroom was clean and well presented.

Its a Premier Inn! & as they all do, they provide what they say on the tin. Clean rooms, large bed, nice pillows, basic requirements. However, the staff were exceptional here, friendly, professional and very accommodating. The reception, bar & waiting staff all good. Breakfast was busy but we were looked after very well, hot food order taken & arrived in good time, well presented & very well cooked. Well done to all, we will return.
