Worst experience ever. Maintenance is too bad. For every single thing we have to ask them to arrange, nothing is done before we check in. Breakfast is worst i had ever.

Hotel atmosphere is good staff behaviour is avarage. We can stay with families but when i book they use to say why booking, if you come directly we will give more discount. They are preferring customers who goes directly.

No complimentary breakfast, no additional facilities except one water bottle. Need to be maintain additional beds and pillows in good condition

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean. Fan and ac worked well. Solar heated hot water was available always. Convenient location with car parking. Would love to stay again!

View of the lake from room was wonderful. There is a restaurant at the 4th floor, which had great food. Wished they also had tea/coffee available in the room service menu. Other than that, all went well.

I booked executive room 2 months in advance. On arrival, i was told that all the rooms were occupied. My options were either get booking cancel-led or stay in a different hotel in ordinary a/c room. What is the purpose of advance booking when room is not reserved for the customer. This is the 2nd time we faced this issue with this property.

Proper parking for vehicle is not available service is poor
room is not cleaned during my three day visit only one litre drinking water is provided for three members
