Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is near to railway station and bus stop, hence you get good restaurants in the area.

Well maintained, clean nice margoa residency. It's very near from railway station, bus station. Recently they have added kinara multi cuisine restaurant &bar. Where you can get quality food sitting in your room. The reception manager and all other staff are very cooperative.

Stayed here for a week for work, being a solo female traveler have to say it is really safe for girls to travel alone be it work or vacation, the staff is good, room is quiet decent and clean. Overall good management and safe area. Also the hotel is right in the market area so if you fall short on your packing you can get the clothes at reasonable rate from the market.

The property is located in the hert of madgaon city. The hotel staff is very polite, helpful and well mannered. Although the restaurant of the hotel is non- functional but there are number of eateries around for both veg and non -veg and of course fishiterians. We were a group four who enjoyed every moment of our stay in goa. The hotel has also travel arrangements with a private tour operator in case if their own transport is not available. The rates are reasonable. The most important factor is that the tarrif of the hotel is very competitively priced. Value for money in true sense.

Wonderful hotel and surrounding atmosphere. Staffs are cooperative. Hotel was clean. I will recommend 100% one should stay there if u r in madgaon.

I have stayed at margao residency with my cousin for business purpose. It has been a good and comfortable stay. The staff are very good and helpful. The hotel is clean and maintains hygiene.

Staff at the hotel is good & cooperative. Unfortunately the lift was not working while we were checkout. So this is important to look into.
