From the hotel room we could hear the very loud trains. That's why they often woke up at night.
The room was actually always properly cleaned, but the corners were hardly cleaned. A lot of fluff and old dust has accumulated more and more.
The mattress was way too soft for us, but it's a matter of taste.
Staff was always very friendly and nice.

Its one of the best hotels with best service and very helpful staff. I was ill and alone, the manager accompanied me to hotel, bhaskar sir. And stayed the entire duration at hospital. I also got home cooked khichdi personalized by the chef who was very helpful. I never felt alone and terrified. They are the best

I visited ginger opp to madgaon station. 5star services opposite to Railway station Perfect location, amazing food, friendly staff. I had forgotten my jacket, for which after one day, hotel guest service executive riju personally whatsapped me and offered the services to deliver to my Home. Such Amazing Staff Ginger has got, these staffs are jewels to the crown of organization. Riju personally has made sure that my jacket reaches to me and i am verymuch thankful for the same. So good I stayed twice
Nice hotel, polite staff great restaurant on site with good selection and nice staff, we had dinner and breakfast and stayed a second time. Area is ok ( I’m from UK) with 2 huge and interesting markets out of hotel turn right 5 mins walk. V close to station you can hear trains all night so maybe ear plugs required. Not good if you want beach hotel but fab for the station. Oh great air con.
