This winter vacation was truly unforgettable. The snow-covered landscapes, crisp air, and cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure. We stayed in a charming cabin surrounded by tall pine trees, which looked magical under the blanket of snow. Every morning, I woke up to the serene view of the forest and the soft glow of the winter sun. It felt like a fairytale come to life. Our days were filled with exciting activities. We went skiing on pristine slopes, gliding through the snow with pure joy. For a change of pace, we also tried snowboarding and even managed to build a snowman. One of the highlights was a husky sled ride, which gave us an incredible sense of speed and connection with nature. Evenings were equally delightful. After a day of adventures, we would gather by the fireplace, sipping hot cocoa and sharing stories. The warmth of the fire and the company of loved ones made each night special. This trip reminded me of the simple joys of winter and the importance of cherishing moments with family and friends. It was a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and magic—a winter escape I will always remember fondly.

Esperienza tutta positiva fin dall'arrivo con il cordiale benvenuto del sig. Remo che ci ha aiutato nel parcheggio e nel trasporto alla camera dei bagagli alla reception con Camilla e le altre ragazze sempre disponibili a ogni nostra richiesta e domanda allo staff della sala colazione e cena fino al personale dei due centri benessere. Soggiorno quindi piacevolissimo in una struttura accogliente curata in ogni dettaglio con personale preparato cordiale e gentile.

Albergo molto bello ristorante ottimo pietanze buonissime pulizia impeccabile il signor Remo sempre attento Mirko Giovanni Lorenzo Ivan Federico jasmin Melani che servivano al ristorante Diego al bar le ragazze alla reception sono veramente speciali anche i proprietari persone molto cordiali e non dimenticare le ragazze della spa molto gentili.Grazie x la vostra bellissima energia

Io e mia moglie avevamo già alloggiato una settimana in estate . Il top per chi desidera il massimo. Veramente bella anche la nuovissima spa al quinto piano con vasca idromassaggio all'aperto e la doppia sauna. Il personale molto preparato e gentilissimo.

Siamo stati al Cerana Relax Hotel per due settimane, venivamo da un periodo piuttosto stressante e qui abbiamo trovato pace e “relax”. I proprietari, Daniele e Margherita, sono persone brave e solari che ci hanno accolto in un clima familiare. Per nostri problemi personali abbiamo fatto loro alcune richieste inusuali ed abbiamo apprezzato non solo la volontà, ma soprattutto il piacere nel modo in cui ci hanno accontentato. L’hotel è, a nostro avviso, il più bello di Madonna di Campiglio, sia come posizione che come raffinata eleganza: le camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli, le parti comuni ed il ristorante molto curati ed eleganti, la cucina di qualità “stellata”… Il personale è molto qualificato ed al tempo stesso cordiale e simpatico. Tra tutti spiccano la donna rumena delle pulizie e Melani, una cameriera simpatica, estroversa ed estremamente disponibile pur senza rinunciare ad una elegante professionalità. Insomma una vacanza indimenticabile che speriamo possa ripetersi l’anno prossimo. Con affetto famiglia Vacchina di Torino.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni con le nostre due ragazze in questo splendido hotel , e già abbiamo tanta nostalgia. La camera una junior family suite con vista mozzafiato su Madonna di Campiglio, arredata con cura nei minimi dettagli ci ha regalato dei risvegli fiabeschi . Colazione speciale, oltre alla varietà, abbiamo apprezzato la qualità dei prodotti. Il personale della sala, una squadra vincente con particolare gratitudine a Lorenzo , Arianna e Pierluigi, che hanno saputo coccolarci nel migliore dei modi , soddisfando anche qualsiasi richiesta di mia figlia che non può mangiare lattosio .Un applauso particolare allo chef il quale ci ha deliziato con piatti sorprendenti! Un grazie anche alla ragazza del centro benessere per il meraviglioso massaggio . Grazie anche alle ragazze della reception e alla famiglia Cerana per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza. E per ultimo ma non per importanza il facchino che prontamente ci ha portato altri appendiabiti e sdraio per il mostro meraviglioso balcone. A presto !Famiglia Lombardi da Roma .

Ottima struttura nei pressi della cabinovia Spinale ed a pochi passi dal centro del paese. Ottima la pulizia ai piani. I gestori ed il personale sanno offrire un’ospitalità al top. Ottima anche la cucina che sa adattarsi alle esigenze dell’ospite.
