The location of this hotel is very good, just a few hundred meters away from the train station. The hotel has breakfast, but I didn't eat it inside, but I ate it in a small restaurant next to the hotel. There was an extra bed in the hotel, at least the room was large. There is an elevator and it should be suitable for bringing family members to play. The front desk staff is very good at serving. I feel that this hotel does not have a parking lot.

This hotel is just off the Gran Via, so it has access to all of the sights and sounds of Madrid, it's about a 9€ taxi ride from Atocha train station. The hotel is clean and tidy and the bathrooms are well appointed. there are a lot of bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel, as well as large shops on the Gran Via. I always stay here when I come to Madrid and always feel welcome. The staff are friendly and accommodating. the hotel is bike-friendly. Buffet breakfast is good. Orange juice is not the best (but I live on an orange farm, so I'm critical 😉).

The rooms as of June 2022 are extremely dated, eg they have ethernet ports but no USB ports. Who is using an ethernet port in 2022? The woodwork is showing its age and the shower unit in my room had clearly fallen off at one point and was repaired with plasterwork over the shower tiles. The amenities are basic even for a 3-star hotel, eg there are no coffee/tea facilities in the room, not even a kettle. No vending machine on the property but there is a 24-hour Carrefour nearby for basic things. Air conditioning was effective but not strong. Continental breakfast in the restaurant for 10 € was a good deal, but food was average for the price of course. The only upside to staying here is the price for the location, helpful staff and the fact that it's an otherwise reasonably well maintained (but dated with repaired defects) 3-star hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, if I had to find a last-minute location in the centre. But I will look elsewhere in future. If you need a very basic 3-star hotel in the centre of Madrid this fits the bill, just know you get what you pay for.

It is very clean and the location is very good. It is near the Puerta del Sol, basically in the center of the old city of Madrid. It is within a walking radius of two to three kilometers from the Royal Palace, the main church, the Retiro Park, and the Madrid River. There are a lot of food in the surrounding area, including Mediterranean restaurants, steakhouses, and Spanish cuisine. There is a lot of choice. To be honest, the streets of European cities are usually sloppy, and the streets of Madrid are the most chaotic in the city I have ever seen. It is normal to get lost. Anyway, I can't find the north if I leave the map. The last picture is the alarm code map of the city of Madrid. It is estimated that you are not sure of the location code, and the police cannot find where you are.

The hotel is in a very central location at Gran Via (main shopping street). Metro station is just a few meters away. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite big. There is also a nice rooftop bar with good cocktails. Due to the location the hotel is great for a weekend trip to Madrid. I would definitely stay there again.
