Good location clean

In the city center, it's easy to walk anywhere. The furthest walk is half an hour to Retiro Park and less than half an hour to the Grand Palace. The alley has a beautiful and clean environment. The room with a balcony on the top floor is quite large and convenient. You can drink a glass of wine on the balcony and bask in the sun, watch the stars and enjoy the evening breeze. It is recommended to stay here. One thing worth noting is that cars are prohibited from driving in many areas and must be reported in advance.

When I checked in, the front desk had a very good attitude. I rented a taxi from them to go to the airport. The hotel took the money, and the driver took the money again. After repeated payment, the hotel refused to communicate with the driver for a refund. It was really weird!

The room is big and the location is good

酒店位位置與地鐵站相近，只需步行5分鐘。附近亦有很多美食，亦有酒吧。有士多在附近，可自行購買餸菜煮食。地標在酒店15分鐘路程即可到達。

酒店很漂亮、位置也很方便。服務非常熱情。就是房間隔音特別特別特別特別不好。 隔壁房間的男人睡覺打呼嚕，打電話，咳嗽，就像是在我房間！！！住了兩晚，晚上簡直快瘋了 吵的要命

一般吧，性價比還可以

Amazing stuff, very helpful, especially Isaac and Clara. They tried to explain everything , they even designed something like a map. Very clean room, normal size. Great location, very close to the palace and all the main shops and squares. I definitely recommend it

The reception service is outstanding. All three persons who helped us during our stay were amazing. Hope this hotel takes good care of their people because they are the jewel that makes staying here a treat. Good room, clean and specious, we had a balcony. We enjoyed the view and the natural light. La Latina neighborhood is close to everything, feels safe and we walked and used the metro. There is a very nice restaurant across the street that serves breakfast and the owners were extremely nice and the food and coffee were good! We found a few recommendations in SoMe about bars in the same street that are known in this area, we tried one and it was a good experience.

Very nice and helpful staff. We have to get to room as the wheelchair accessible room could not accommodate a small bed for our daughter. The rooms are very nice and clean. They have a small kitchenette which came in very handy. They supplied small bottles of shampoo and body wash. The wheelchair accessible room/handicap was good as well. The bed was too high though to get into. The shower had a very small shower stool and could have used one more grab bar on the wall. The little lift to go up the stairs into the hotel for a wheelchair is extremely slow so we use the car park to go in and out, which was fine. All in all, we had a great stay there and would definitely recommend it

We had a lovely stay at L&H La Latina. The hotel's location is just superb - very much walkable to most places to visit in Madrid. Clean & spacious rooms, which are cleaned everyday if you wish to & not to forget, the Air condition is brilliant too - not a noisy one. Many bars & restaurants in close vicinity that which come on real handy when you're tired after a full day's outing. I'd specifically like to mention the reception staff (Isaac & Gloria) who were so helpful right from the moment our booking was confirmed. Timely updates to our queries & requests. As it was our first visit to Madrid, they both provided us information on things to do, restaurants to visit & always greeted us whenever we walked past them - something that really makes the difference when it comes to customer service. Massive thanks to both of them for making our visit more enjoyable & relaxing.

Everything about this apart/hotel was good. They have a front desk that's available 24/7. The staff is very kind, attentive and professional. Our apartment was clean, quiet and fully-equipped and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the La Latina neighborhood and will definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful welcome from Oksana, who happily held our suitcases until check-in. (There is the option to pay €20 to check-in early, but we were going out to explore, so didn't require it) Great location in an older neighbourhood, numerous restaurants/bars close by, as well as a small, but efficient supermarket. Close to the La Latina station and fabulous MercDo de la Cebada. Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and Gran Via all within 15 minute walk. Small kitchenette to enable some basic cooking. Nespresso machine with 2 capsules for a welcome coffee. Comfy bed, clean apartment and 24 hour reception, which we appreciate. Would definitely stay here again, thoroughly enjoyable. PS. Beware some of the great tapas bars around the area are closed Monday/Tuesday - perhaps it is still early in the season....so if you see one you'd Ike to try, don't put it off.

It is kind of sad if the bed and water pressure is the only nice things to mention about they stay. Okay ISAAC was awesome too. I am baffled how the Hotel L&H can get a 9.1. It is really misleading. The smallest TV, like a 32"computer screen on the wall. Internet went in and out... really unreliable. The shutter did not work and shampoo was half empty,.. who is checking rooms and how? We forgot to put sign out and called hotel at 1:30pm to have room cleaned... of course they did not do it. In the bathroom there was no shelf whatsoever. Not in shower not in the bathroom at all. Lobby was really small, only two chairs and a table. Worst part???? Coffee. Two people three nights and you get two capsule. No refill!!! Why do you mention there is a coffee maker in the room? Never had this one before. Area is kind of shady... not the best are in Madrid.
