Quite happy with everything

Staff was unhelpful. Front desk wanted to charge 70 Euro a night to extend us to a higher floor but didn’t want to compensate for hotels sauna being out of service which is the only reason we choose this hotel over others. After trip.com did a thorough review we were credited over 100 USD no thanks to the hotel. Thumbs down

Wonderful stay. Great location at the centre of everything. Next to the main street that looks like Broadway in NYC where you can find musical theatres, exhibitions, etc. Friendly staff at check-in. Maria was very polite and offered to circle the locations of major destinations on a map for me. Amenities are VERY new and technologically up to date. Interiors are beautifully designed with details that showcase thoughts and considerations put in to improve the user experience and functionality as well. If anything to note, it might be a bit noisy in the evenings as it’s right next to the main street and plaza with performers singing. But it’s quiet enough after 10pm and hasn’t been much of a concern for me during my stay.

watch out for your credit card information, deducted 290 euros with no reason and have not refund me yet.

First time to Madrid and this location is very accessible to nearby tourist attractions.

Very design style, warm service and warm atmosphere

My staying in this hotel was beautiful. Location is very good, service is excellent. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, very clean, breakfast is very good too. All foods was fresh and tasty. But only one question: why spa is available for additional charge in such level of hotel? But in general I'm satisfied and come back to this hotel with pleasure.

Good position and newly refurbished rooms and structure

Impeccable services, fantastic facilities, and great location. We will definitely consider staying in this hotel again when revisiting Madrid.

The most satisfactory hotel for this 15-day trip in Europe, with a superior location, spacious rooms with comfortable design, separate wet and dry toilets, clean and efficient, and polite staff. The windows in the corridors on the floors provide good lighting and a view from each window. The breakfast is OK, and the check-out deposit is credited to the account in seconds, which is great! I highly recommend this VP Hotel for Madrid travel.

Good experience: Toiletries are from Osultan, sanitary ware is all Hansgrohe, toilet is from ROCA, breakfast is also rich, staff is friendly Service, Spain is very dry, every day they ask for extra water, delivery is also very fast, check On the day of out, we picked up the car nearby, and the staff also accompanied us to pick up the car and guided us to the hotel, which was pretty good. Bad experience: On the first day of check-in, we went to bed very early due to jet lag, and we all fell asleep around 8 o'clock. As a result, the waiter opened the door and came in at night, which scared me. In order not to affect my husband and children, I got up to open the door. The other party said sorry to me, and then I locked the door. I didn't expect that he came to ask again just when I was about to fall asleep. The next day, Ctrip also actively helped us communicate. Later, they said what the alarm was. They were not sure about that room, so they knocked on the door one by one to confirm safety. When I encountered this situation of directly opening the door and entering, I did have a psychological shadow. The hotel later sent the snacks in Figure 1 to express their apologies and let us check in with confidence. Anyway, when you go out, you must have the habit of locking the door, otherwise it will feel bad if someone breaks in when you fall asleep at night.

Five stars, that's what it's worth. It's on the side of Plaza de España, with the Cervantes statue directly under the window. The environment is good, the subway is outside, and it's convenient to travel. Go right to the street, there are restaurants all the way, and there is also a Chinese restaurant area, maybe there are many Asians. Go left to the street and turn left to the Royal Palace, the square, and the church. There is no partition in the shower area, which is a common problem in Spain, but fortunately it's spacious and it's not a big deal. Overall, I am very satisfied, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. All the requirements were met.
