When I checked in, I rang the doorbell downstairs many times, including calling, but no one answered. I had to wait for someone to open the door and go in. This is obviously a big problem for the first time. The sanitation is OK, relatively clean, and the room is also worthy of the price. The facilities are average and the charging socket on the bed is unstable. Overall, it is worth the price. The bad review is because how can new guests go upstairs on the first day? There is no door card and it is locked, so they can only wait.

They have bed bugs and didn't offer to do anything about it when I told them, more of a shrug. Also they couldn't get to their towels for some reason so I didnt shower the whole weekend. Check in was a mess, seem like nice people but the place is gross and you share a bed with bed bugs
