Very nice and well maintained property.The welcome drink "Panagam " was really very welcome.Rooms are cozy and clean.in room service prompt and staff very cooperative. The Restaurant staff Mr.Azuzul and team very good hosts and food quality and taste was excellent. Thanks to Chef Vonoth and Chef Ajmal.

Our sincere thanks to our sweetest & friendly Kasi & Chef Darshan for making our princess 👸🏽 feel special and welcome 🤗 and giving her the best Indian children’s day experience 🩷🩷and always packing her lunch for day trips so that she didn’t have to eat outside food 🙏🏽🙏🏽 you guys have been so caring ☺️☺️ Each and every staff member at this property was very friendly and helpful. Not to forget our youngest champ Christie your smile made our day 🤗 The GM of the hotel definitely has excellent management skills it shows in the way the staff attends guests. Customer service is next level. Forget Sheraton , Hyatt and Oberoi in India . Highly recommend this hotel specially if you are travelling with kids. Yes it’s an old property compared to other 5 star hotels BUT when it comes to getting spoilt and service you will forget other 5star brands. Executive Chef Vinod Kumar actually takes his time to come to your table to make sure you are happy with your meal & experience. He goes above and beyond to get you what you like where it’s possible. F& B staff a big applaud 👏🏽 to each and everyone KASI you are doing an excellent job your staff are amazing. Azizul makes every one feel welcome and special. Ladies at breakfast you are sweethearts Thankyou for your service. Chef Darshan you are the greatest chef and amazing teacher. Thankyou for teaching little princess how to make Dosa now she will make it for us back home 😝😝😝😜😜 Thankyou so much for making her all the delicious treats and the fish & chips was yummy 🤤 Front desk Seenu, Emaanii and Bapetha ( sorry if the spelling is incorrect) you truely are the face of the hotel. Thankyou once again to each and everyone for being sooooooo kind to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and looking forward to coming back for sure 🥳🥳🥳

If you come to Madurai I definitely recommend coming here. Everyone is so lovely and friendly. Even the awesome GM Senthil Rajan was hands down friendly and actually made us feel at home. I had an amazing Indian children’s day all because of him and the F&B team Uncle Kasi ,Executive Chef Vinod Kumar, Chef Azmal Khan were so nice and always greeted me and my family with a smile 😃. A very special Thankyou to my favourite Chef Dharsan my new brother for teaching me how to make dosa and you and uncle Kasi always giving me the best horlicks everyday it made my day extra special ☺️Everything is clean and food is amazing . My favourite place was the pool always filtered and very clean. Me and my family spent hours enjoying family time and relaxing. Thanks to Christie for bringing us very cold drinks to cool us down in the heat 😂😂I have stayed at many Sheraton, Hyatt and Oberoi hotels in India yet this is my favourite and when it comes to spoiling kids all these hotel chains should come and learn from hotel Fourtune Pandiyan an ITC brand.

Nice old hotel still maintained very well. Clean and neat rooms. Room Looks new in ambience. Very relaxing stay. Good house keeping. Mini bar is stocked well. Restaurant is nice but small. For breakfast there was a space to sit outside near live counter. Nice place to sit and have breakfast in the morning rather than in AC.Service in the restaurant for breakfast buffet was fast. Room service was also quick and fast. Food was ok . Nice bar they have which is well stocked. Good variety of cocktails also are available. Bell boy Raja is humble and well behaving. Explains well about things in the hotel as well as on places to visit. Helps to catch an auto to go out. An asset to the management. All other staff I interacted were humble and behaving well. The bar *** is also nice to deal with. Quick in taking orders and delivering the mix of your choice fast. All in all a satisfying stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at ITC Fortune Pandiyan! Staff are very friendly and helpful - excellent service! Sara, Sandy’s and Gayatri were standouts! Food is super yummy - they cater for vegetarians and non-vegetarian; Indian and western tastes! Gardens are beautiful, peaceful and well maintained!! Interior decor is excellent!!!

Was here for dinner with my family after a long time. To be honest i was totally blown away by the hospitality of Azizul, Kasi & his team. Huge shout out to the Executive Chef Vinod for serving us finest tasting food. Thanks for filling our stomach with such mouth watering food. See you soon. :)
