This is renovated hotel, modern style, clean, and on budget. However, the parking lot is too small and it also has cafe in front of the hotel which use the same parking. The one that I would like to highlight is elevator, you need to walk to the 1 and a half floor to use elevator and then you also need to walk down or up to your room floor again. This is not recommended for elderly. Actually, this hotel seems like dormitory than hotel.
