When arrived the hotel he told me give me 50 pound for deposit. My Visa card is not use my Visa card. Problem I told him help me I give you cash 50 pound she told me cannot I told her without deposit She told can not

The attitude of the service staff was very bad. Even though I paid for breakfast for two people, they actually ran to the parking lot and stopped me to ask for breakfast money. They also spoke in a very bad manner.

A great overnight stay at the Park Hotel for the P!nk concert at Anfield. A very friendly and efficient welcome from the Reception ladies and a lovely room with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Impressive standard of cleanliness and no noise, so a good night's sleep. We had a bar meal late afternoon which was very good and decided to book breakfast for the next morning also good. Service in the bar and for breakfast was excellent. All staff at the Park Hotel were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble, didn't feel like we were just a number.

The window in our room was broken and wouldn't close - andsome other minor issues. They didn't have a room to move us to. We worked around it, but it was aggravating.

We have just celebrated our very special day yesterday at the park hotel getting married. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, went above and beyond for me and my new husband and all of our guests! The time and effort all of the staff put in to make the venue look absolutely amazing. We both appreciated absolutely everything and had the best night of our life so far! All of our guests loved every single minute of it. Food was lovely too!! Thank you so much Matthew & Jade Xx

A cheap and convenient place to sleep. Clean but could be cleaner in my opinion and does what it says on the tin. Will be using this hotel for LFC games when I'm travelling from Glasgow.
There were some noisy women coming to their rooms at 3am, which we weren't happy about but of course that is not the hotel's fault

We didn’t even get to the hotel as they cancelled with 24 hrs notice. Been booked for a month and they just decided they’ve overbooked. Nothing to do with Taylor Swift being in town and they can get more money for my room. Greedy and inconsiderate.

Had a lovely 4 night stay at the Park hotel as past of a bus tour. The staff are all very friendly, polite and helpful, taking pride in their jobs. You can tell they enjoy working there and always welcomed us with a smile. The restaurant has very comfortable chairs and every meal we had was tasty and well presented. Breakfast piping hot and made to order. Rob worked so hard and after day 1 remembered what we all liked. Our room was very comfortable and clean. There is a lovely outside seating area to use in the evenings along with a comfortable bar lounge and lots of seating in the reception area. Did not manage to get all of the staff names, but Wendy was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
