Nice calm place hotel is good and value for money. It's just 1km from the market, at a very convenient location. All the sightseeing points are nearby. Staff and service is also good. The rooms and compound were kept clean and tidy. Food quality is excellent and rates are also reasonable. Overall the experience was soothing and we had a relaxing holiday at apsara. Highly recommended!

Stay was pleasant, hotel staff was very friendly. Property is good for family stay. It’s old property so room conditions are not up to the mark but good option in mahabaleshwar to enjoy your holiday as property is big so having lot of option for family play activities

The property is spacious but no prompt service. We had to request and wait for the towels also. The AC cannot be started or switched off from the room. You have to call the reception and beg for it. Even they didn't give us the AC remote for 3 hours (till midnight) upon calling again and again. No suprise the AC was useless. No geysers in the room and Luke warm water comes only between 7 am to 10 am. The property is spacious but no space for outdoor games. Overall very bad experience. 😣

Really nice accomodation. Rooms are very clean and do match with the photographs on the portal. Staff is well behaved, and services are prompt. Location is serene and my entire family really enjoyed our stay. There was heavy downpour during ojr stay, but that made us admire the beauty and comfort of the place even more. The food quality is average though, but so many nice eateries nearby that it is not a big turn off.

Hotel apsara exceeded my expectations! the room was comfortable and stylish, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Overall nothing was good here. Terrible experience. When complained they gave excuse of rush over the weekend. We had small baby with us and they gave nothing when asked, not even towels napkin which is basic room service rest i can’t even explain. Pols refund my hard earned money!

Rooms and location are great. Staff is very polite and helpful. A lil issue with cleanliness (may be due to rain) but the staff supported and cleaned. Food is also great.

Room service was awful. Rooms were not properly cleaned and very smelly. Also wifi is too pathetic and you will have to run for everything there
