Hotellet var smutsig och personal kunde inte prata engelska, inte ens i receptionen. Det fanns ingen aktiviteter, väldigt lite pool och stranden hade stora sten, många kunde inte simma.
Värst av allt var matten. Snabb mat, ensidigt mat eller samma mat dagar in och ut. Väldigt lite att välja bland. Vi hade all inklusive men åt och drack ute under hela vistelsen.
Rekommenderar inte alls. Med pengarna kan man hitta mycket bättre.

Kamers worden niet gepoetst alles ruikt naar schimmel alles is stuk geen animatie zoals ze zeiden geen kindvriendelijk hotel eten zat vol met beestjes niet hygiënisch wij zijn daar buiten moeten gaan eten en drinken kon je daar ook nie alles was op

Stayed here the end of September, and would not return. Food was the same at lunch and dinner, no tickets to let you no what the dishes were. Snack time was cold burgers no chips or anything just cold burger. Rooms were not cleaned they literally folded the sheet up and put it on the end of the bed. The other guests were not very welcoming of the British and very extremely rude. Out of the whole 7 days I was there I ate once!

Отдохнули хорошо! Персонал доброжелательный, море рядом! Были сытые, пьяные, весёлые! Массаж супер! Аниматоры развлекали, на дискотеки в город возили! На яхте катались! Благодарность шеф-повару, тоже старался! Всём огромное спасибо! Может ещё встретимся! 😘

WARNING - Do not go to this hotel. We went as a family of 6 and paid a lot of money for the hotel, booked 3 sea view rooms at ultra all inclusive… the first room we got the ceiling was literally falling down, second room was mouldy and had cockroaches in it and all the other rooms we then tried to move to we’re disgustingly dirty! No welcome drinks, staff don’t want to help with any problems. We was left in the lobby for hours while waiting to get a new room. This is not even a 3 star hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The rooms in the hotel are very dirty, the bathroom smells of mold and it is everywhere. The sheets are dirty. The food is terrible, the same thing every day, cold. The service is intrusive. The bartender convinced all the available girls to go to a party in his town, he showed pictures that you will take us to this place and I refused, so he didn't even want to make drinks. I am disgusted. The entrance to the sea is very dangerous, there are a lot of slippery rocks, because of which my friend sprained her leg. The sun does not come out to the pool until about 1 p.m. I do not recommend it.

Wat een vies slecht hotel . Wij zijn hier ook weggegaan naar ander hotel. Nog nooit zo’n vies hotel gezien . Water in de gang komt uit het plafond poep in de gordijnen. Overal haar en vuil in de kamer hebben een andere kamer gekregen nog erger dan de eerste . Tegels kapot bij het zwembad en plastic ran rond zwembad kun je de enkel breken. Naast het hotel een bouwval. Restaurant heel vies veel vliegen en niks is schoon.Dit hotel verdiend nog geen 1 ster . Als je naar het strand loop moet je uitkijken in de tunnel voor beton ijzer en je kunt hier niet de zee in ivm rotsen . Wij hebben gebeld wilde niet ziek worden en zijn naar een ander hotel vertrokken. Niet boeken

Как этот отель получил 5 * ? Он едва ли тянет на 3*. Это просто гадюшник! Грязь везде, все настолько обшарпанное, старое, что и говорить не стоит. Питание крайне скудное, невкусное. Территории практически нет, люди, как в муравейнике. Если решили ехать в 3*, то это тот вариант. Не советую этот отель категорически! На разных сайтах этот отель имеет категорию 3* , еще видела 4 * на одном из сайтов. Я поехала по "Фортуне" от оператора Fun&sun , по договору 5 звёзд ультра всё включено. Нас привезли в этот отель и я была в шоке! Это просто развод на деньги! Мы отказались от заселения, нас вынули заплатить по 145 евро, чтобы переселиться в другой отель, причем только наличными и только в евро! Никаких чеков, квитанции, документов за это нам, естественно , не дали. Нас таких в один день было 10 человек. У гида была целая пачка заявлений с отказом от заселения, т.е. оператор знал об условиях в отеле! Значит намеренно обманул!

Никогда не приезжайте в этот отель. Номер очень грязный(полы грязные,постель грязная, полотенца грязные, посуда в ресторане грязная) Территория грязная бычки оставленные, валяется посуда. Ночью затопило говном,не извинились. В другой номер пересилили тут все сломано. Упала вешалка для полотенецев на голову,мебель убитая!!!! Воды горячей в кране нет!!! Музыкальная программа для детей пять песен и все каждый день одно и то же. Полки в шкафу отваливаются. Персонал ничего не делает. Если хотим переехать в другой отель доплачивайте 700 евро. Тех персонал очень плохо убираются как-будто даже и не убираются. За что мы заплатили деньги!!! У вас не пять звёзд а минимум на одна. Надеюсь что люди увидят мое сообщение и не поедут сюда. Не верьте фортуне!!!!!!! Надеюсь что этот отель закроют за антисанитарию
