Delta Hotels Tudor Park Country Club

Played the golf course in somewhat testing conditions, however the club cant be blamed for this. The course was in excellent condition considering the amount of rain that has fallen in the south of England lately. The greens were immaculate which was great to see, and the whole experience was made better by the marshall, John. Would i play again? In a heartbeat.

We loved the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the lounge area and hotel grounds amazing and very tasteful. If we had time I would have liked to have used the pool and spa, so maybe another time.

Service was excellent, staff were great, just looks a bit tired in places that's all really but understand with the current climate its hard

Having booked this trip in June 2023 and followed up verbally & face-2-face meeting plus emails, all went very wrong! No buggies, despite verbally booking these in 2023 - I have 'Blue' badge ladies! Food - mix up with GF starters - Karen sorted but 20-30 delay. Sandwiches & chips, what could go wrong! No crisps which were standard from the menu & one large bowl of chips for 23 ladies, not 6 bowls as requested! Poor shoddy customer service - no communication from one department to another. Value for money - certainly not. Formal complaint going in now as Monday's fiasco with treatment of sandwiches finished us off.

The staff were excellent, especially the restaurant manage Karen who adhered to all our requests in a calm efficient way, especially when she sorted a problem with one of the meals and offered 2 bottles of wine to our party as a compromise. Was a Nice touch.

Could not fault our stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and when we asked for washcloths they were brought to us promptly. We ate twice in the Cast Iron Grill and while it was a little more expensive than some of the local restaurants it was convenient for us. There are some good pubs nearby if you want to try them instead. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
