Seda Residences Makati

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.

Me & my friends celebrated our Christmas party here at Seda! It was an okay experience. I already read the reviews of the previous guests about the hotel I just hope that they did something to actually improve their service, but no. We experienced it also. First was the check-in. We waited for an hour & a half. We were asked to wait for 20 mins first then when I asked the room was still not ready. They asked again to wait for another 30 mins and still the room wasn't ready. I've stayed at different hotels but this one was the longest I have waited just for check-in. They should have been ready and not asked the room be checked or clean just when a guest arrives. You'd expect that when we arrived at the room was everything was good given the time that we waited. But no, when we were checking the room there were still signs of the previous guest of the room. Like the kettle that was used has still something on it inside. The utensils weren't properly cleaned. Second was the breakfast. The view was the only good thing about breakfast. Everytime you asked the staff for something you'd have to wait god knows how long just to get it. We ended up eating almost to nothing and just cooked breakfast inside our room. Me & my friends aren't the type to complain about things we usually let it go. But for the amount we paid for this room, I think we deserve more than just a dirty room & waiting a long time just to check-in. To Seda Makati, we enjoyed the stay because of each other's company. But please do something to actually improve your service. Don't just comment to guest's reviews that you will do that. Hope to stay to an improved Seda next stay! Thanks.

1. The room was spacious enough. 2. The personnel really takes the cake! Very courteous, speaks mildly and smile a lot. Definitely well trained. 3. Room amenities had me really impressed. Our own water gallon, a rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave oven and an induction cooker. 4. The buffet breakfast was really underwhelming. We had better selections at Seda Manila Bay and Seda Nuvali.

First time at Seda Makati. It was a great experience! Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great service. There are loads of restaurants at the lower floors of the building - you’ll never run out of options. Overall, fantastic location and pleasant stay.
