Zum 4.Mal in 18 Monaten im Castello Lake Front, das sagt alles! Der warme, herzliche Empfang, die hochwertig ausgestatteten Zimmer, das sensationelle Frühstück, das Sterne verdächtige Restaurant, der spektakuläre Blick aus den Suiten und dem Restaurant. Hier passt wirklich alles. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch das Personal. Ob es die Besitzerfamilie, die netten Damen beim Frühstück, die Kellner im Restaurant, oder die Zimmermädchen sind, alle sind sehr professionell und äußerst zuvorkommend. unser Aufenthalt war wieder ein Traum!

Obwohl nur 2 Min. zu Fuß von der Altstadt, liegt das Hotel extrem ruhig und direkt am See, mit eigener Liegewiese. Vom großzügigen, stets sauberem Zimmer mit Terrasse (+Markise), wie auch von Restaurant und Frühstücksraum aus hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick über den See. Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurantessen gibts auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Wäre es doch nur überall so ... Großes Plus: Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Bergbahn (Monte Baldo) und Hafen erreicht man in 10 Min. zu Fuß.

So many thanks to all the staff. This hotel is beautiful, lovely restaurant, food great, fabulous views across the lake. Easy walk into Malcesine. We had our wedding stay here very close to the castle. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel exceptional. Look forward to a return visit.

Three generations. Yes, grandfather purchased the property and the sons and their sons own and manage it now. This is what makes it so special. Yes, the location is spectacular, on the shore of Lake Garda right on the sidewalk that takes you down the shoreline or into the historic town and the Castello Scaligero. The rooms and suites are large, have lake views and are well equipped. The breakfast is the best we've had in all of Italy...even in 5-star hotels in major cities. Freshness, variety, custom preparations and the staff are remarkable. The onsite parking a few yards from the front door is a welcome amenity. But it's the warm and genuine welcome each time the Reception team greets you that makes this place special. This is a property that will remain among my top-five favorites and one to which I hope to return.

So ein schönes Hotel. Wir hatten eine Gartensuite mit einem sensationellen Ausblick, Terrase mit 2 Liegen, Frühstück ist ein Traum, der Service sehr aufmerksam, direkt in der Altstadt, trotzdem weg vom Trubel. Wir hatten 5 phantastisxhe Tage in diesem Hotel. Wir werden wiederkommen ! Tipp: Morgens bißchen früher aufstehen und den Surfer auf dem See zuschauen, tolle Atmosphäre....

Returned to this hotel after an excellent experience a decade ago. This time round was even better! I booked the Grand View Living Suite and the view from its huge private terrace is simply breathtaking. The suite itself was large, spotlessly clean with a great walk-in power shower. Breakfast was also first rate, with a large range of options including freshly made omelettes and proper coffee. But perhaps best of all are the staff: welcoming, attentive and highly professional. If you’re planning on a trip to a Lake Garda look no further and book with confidence.

Ein großartiges Hotel in bester Lage. Das gesamte Team ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Sensation ist das Frühstück, mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Dieses Lob gilt auch für das Restaurant, sie Qualität und Präsentation der Speisen. Die Castello Suite ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - deshalb kommen wir immer wieder gerne.

Amazing hotel and we had the most fabulous room with amazing views over the stunning Lake Garda. The location is perfect, right on the lake, below the castle and a short walk into the town. The breakfast is superb, I have never seen a hotel breakfast like it. There is so much choice, including freshly made omelettes, pancakes, large selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and pastries. Bar area is nice to sit and enjoy a cocktail, glass of wine or coffee. Reception staff and managers welcoming and friendly.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Nicht nur die Zimmer sondern das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber. Top Lage mit PKW-Stellplätzen direkt am Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist extrem vielfältig. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt.
