I love this place it's nice, quiet and a very friendly place to stay. The owners Kris & Theo are friendly and go above & beyond to help in any way possible even when it comes to extra parking for my boat and trailer. The amenities block is always nice and clean. I will definitely be back.

We booked a powered site for 3 nights and really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the clean amenities and the friendly staff. We also loved the daily visits from kangaroos and all sorts of birds, including a lyrebird. Would love to come back one day!

My wife & I travelled in our caravan. Our site request was meet and once set up we had a great time. Theo & Kriss are always around the park and always willing to help in any way. Shady gully C/P is quite peaceful and your always entertained by the wildlife. Wouldnt stay anywhere else when travelling with a van or wanting a on-site cabin. Love the park.

The cabin had everything we needed and was super clean with crisp sheets and super white towels, hand towels and face washers. . The staff were lovely and welcoming with great suggestions on what to do and where to walk our dogs. And, most importantly, the caravan park is pet friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights in our caravan. Kris was very friendly and easy going, telling us to do a lap and pick a spot, she didn’t care if we did 2 laps. She was very helpful and prompt when we couldn’t access the wifi, resolving the issue quickly. The ammenities were spotless as were the Bbq which we used. The ambiance was wonderful with birdlife, kangaroos and a koala in a beautiful bushy setting. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it if your looking for a peaceful less busy setting just a few minutes from the main town wharf and boat ramp.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shady Gully Caravan Park Cabin! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful surroundings and well-maintained grounds added to the charm, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The staff were welcoming and attentive, offering helpful tips on local attractions. We highly recommend Shady Gully to anyone looking for a cosy and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely quiet park. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful birds everywhere and amenities were good. Close to town. It was a very windy day when we arrived but it was nice and protected where we were as the park is set in a nice bush land environment. Thank you for a great stay!

Kris and Theo were very considerate and upgraded my Mum to a larger cabin, making it easier for her to get around. They also ensured that our caravan site was beside her. The campgrounds are spotless and amenities are clean. Close to town and lots of great walks nearby. We’ll be back!
