Manager (forgot his name) was very unprofessional. Had a work meeting and needed the WiFi code that blew away in the wind and refused to print a new one. Not something to yell at a customer and be upset about. Liberians need to do better in the customer service space

Beautiful natural environment with lovely pools, bamboo, thatch, and wood. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Dining speed/efficiency and actual options vs. menu were disappointed. Need better kitchen staff/chef and better trained wait staff more in line with a lodge of this caliber and cost.

The lodge and the beach are beautiful. The service is so stunningly poor. It took a really long time to get drinks. Then, we got a table and ordered food and another round of drinks. It has been an hour - I am sitting here and they haven't brought drinks or food. We asked and the waiter said he hasn't ordered it het because it's so busy. You have GOT to be kidding me. I mentioned to the owner when we struggled to order drinks that it was hard to get them to take orders for drinks and that couldn't be good for business. We are leaving to try and find a place where we can actually order and receive food. The owner was super dismissive, which makes sense cuz everyone is spending money still.

Really a nice place to be. I liked the outdoor activities: you can take a kayak or sup board to go in the lagoon, swim there with mask and see the fish, they have beautiful pools and sunset views. The rooms are nice but we missed the AC and fridge. I was impressed by their attempts to protect the environment and the wildlife, by the small animal sanctuary. The personnel was very nice, welcoming and trying to help. Will definitely come back.

I decided to book the Mangrove Lodge with its marverlous view over the pond, watching birds and fish.... Staff are awesome friendly and big compliments to Tobias and William..... excellent dinner and breakfast. A local tour on the stunning Lagoon with a kayak provided by the Hotel made my stay even more memorable. I definitely will repeat that great experience in the future. I had no Mosquitos in the room, because three fans and mosquito net served its purpose. What I got for the price, was definitely worth it.

We visited Libassa in Liberia in February 2023 and spent a lovely time there. The service was excellent and we loved our cosy, clean rooms.. You have the pools, the lagun or the Sea, just to choose. The food in the restaurant is high Class, Fresh fish , meat or chicken. Next to it is the Wild life center Where they take care of animals that are sold on the market or are found injuried. They Do a fantastic job. I can really recomend Libassa if you want to have a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful location by the beach and nice huts to stay in. Food was pretty good too and the service was good. My only complaint would be the wifi which was reasonably good but not good enough for conference calls with video. But well worth a visit

Poor service We tried to visit the sanctuary. We arrive at noon, but the next hour started at 2:00 PM. We were not interested in the pool or beach activities, so asked if we can eat while waiting. They wanted to charge us $20 just to get in the restaurant. Very poor customer service. We left, and it was 1 and a half hour drive back to Monrovia
