Currently staying at this location for the second half of our honeymoon. We are 4 nights into a 6 night stay. The hotel itself is lovely. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff has been very accommodating. The included breakfast is delicious. We have had lunch once here and it was sufficient. The beach is perfect. A two minute walk down the hill. The restaurant situated in the bay plays extremely loud music every night of the week from 8/9-11pm. We have an amazing balcony that we can’t really enjoy because of the obnoxious music. I asked reception if they had music every night and how late it went. They told me in Spain, music is allowed to go until midnight and there isn’t much they can do about it. It’s disappointing to stay in such a nice place only to have to listen to horrible loud music every night when all we want to do is enjoy the sound of the ocean.

Definitely a case of you get what you paid for. We paid such a cheap price for this hotel so luckily our expectations were low. We always go SC when on holiday as we enjoy the freedom! Start with positives. Arrived very late and someone was still there to welcome us. Clean on arrival. Location is amazing, a wonderful beach with so many shops, bars and restaurants within such close walking distance. Unfortunately, that is the end of the positives. Very basic cooking facilities. I always cook a few nights/ eat out. Attempted one night and eat out for the rest. Out dated rooms that are in much need of updating. Attention to deal lacing and made me feel like I was squatting. Beds supper hard. Noise in the room was so bad from the bar below. The hotel staff started to play bingo at 11pm against there own no noise past 11pm policy. Honestly felt like he was calling the numbers at the end of my bed. We booked a week but left 2 days early, jumped on the bus to palma and stayed elsewhere. If you are happy with very basic base in a good location then do book this place. Personally, it’s a no from us!!
Rafa Nadal Academy Residence in Mallorca

Have done 2 weeks of Junior Tennis Camp. One without and one while staying at the Academy… Tennis: There really isn’t much training. They just let the kids play, and play, and play… On the last day there is a ceremony where everyone gets a participation trophy. Fun fact: in both weeks we were there, it was always the biggest cheater in the whole team who received the sportsmanship award. One driver of this is that the “coaches” didn’t watch what was happening on the courts. Even on the final competition day… Key “value” taught: “Cheat as much as you can…” Organisation: They have an app that rarely works. Forget the schedule on the app. It constantly changes and you will never know where your kid is or is supposed to be… Yiu get access cards for the Academy that only work 50% of the time. Other: - We had some heavy rain upon which everything broke down for the rest of our stay. No spa, no pool, building materially flooded. Zero compensation. - You will virtually never get towels for the gym (or the pool, IF it’s open). Need to bring your own, but not from your room as that’s not allowed… - Around 2/3 of water stations don’t work - On the last day the kids have a ceremony, BBQ and festives. The parents, aka folks who paid for everything, don’t get anything - they can watch with no food and not even a glass of water. Awesome way to end the experience in a memorable way - You get free access to the Rafael Badal Museum - except you never get access because it’s always booked out Bottom line: Mass factory, highly commercialised, you are just a number.

Very nice landlady. Beautiful and quiet location. Well-kept property. Particularly suitable for renting for three families, since Pool is shared by two buildings. Pool not too deep for non-swimmers. Folding shutters impractical to operate, are also anti-t
