Stayed with family for three nights in two deluxe rooms and had a great experience. Close to Manali proper, good amenities, good food, great staff and excellent value for money. The hotel manager, Anil Bhatt, was always on the floor supervising the staff and assisting guests. We booked through a travel agent, who was dodgy, but Mr Bhatt and the staff looked after us. Highly recommended!

Property is situated at very good location….i took base room so quiet small for my family…but I upgraded with the balcony room next day and it was good and spacious…All over very cooperative staff and very good hotel to stay and food captain Rohit sir was very cooperative as well as other staff was very nice….

Coral resort and spa is a new property with very good people. Some improvement is needed as far as staff duties are concerned but its immaturity rather than insincerity. I gave feedback to management and they discounted my food bill. By 100 percent on snacks.

This is not a 5 star level hotel. It's level is only upto 2 star maximum. The room is pathetic with bad smell all over including bathroom. The food of hotel is beyond pathetic with very high rates. Overall my rating to this hotel is minus zero

our stay was very good . we enjoyed alot we felt a little 🤏 mistakes but was solved by hotel instantly by employees. I would rate it 4.3/5 which was a very nice experience
