We booked the Karma Utopia,Manali.it is close to the Hadimba temple..This was for our stay during the 2024 year end with the idea to ring in the new year. The stay was disappointing 😞 We arrived on a freezing say with snow and rains and was very cold..they made us wait for almost 30 mins to give us the room though it was booked months in advance When we checked in the room was small dingy and claustrophobic and when asked for a room they said it was full The location is also not food..there are all constructions around blocking me the view The staff at the reception and the restaurant were grumpy . The food was bad . The road is narrow and often blocked with traffic..we checked out earlier than our blocked duration to stay in a better place.. This is probably the worst Karma property

Very well located resort having lovely views.Staff is extremely efficient in lloking after the guests.We stayed here for 4 days and came back fully satisfied.We were guided with places to visit nearby and they arranged good driver to take us around.

Hotel is good but at the time of booking we got room with balcony but at the time of check in they had given us room without balcony We requested for room with balcony but they did not give us any satisfactory answer I recommend to book hotel near Mall road

Property is under construction, ac heater is not working and staff is saying wiring is not completed yet. Dental kit not provided, tv not working. No laundry service and no carpet on the floor. Suite offered by property is not the photo shared during booking. Overall very terrible stay not upto the payment made. This booking should have been made done 50% lesser what we were charged.

We stay during 22th Dec to 25th Dec22 and hotel is under renovation but accepted the booking and payment. When we checked in then we got to know the facts. On spot I complained to customer care but they denied to cancel it. Apart from that hotel doors lock and hygiene issues were there. Dirty towels , bed sheet , blankets etc we are really disappointed with services as they should check the facts before accepting the booking OR if someone tell them the facts , they should acknowledge the same and reissue the refund to costumers .
