Nice hospitality...they have upgraded my room to honeymoon suite which was great surprise for me. buffet breakfast was very good. Service was extremely good and fast all staff ready to give service any time.overall experience was satisfactory..must visit place.

One of the best in Manali,close to Mall (around 2 kms), this is the second time I stood in this hotel, Infra(Whole property) is neat and clean would rate excellent, ambiance is superb, rooms are comfortable, food is outstanding, parking is one of the other best part as in hills people who are tourists, some times face Challenges in drive and park their vehicle,it is not a challenge here. Furthermore the customer service is outstanding. One can opt this without any second thought. Small concern- the outside road from main road to hotel is little narrow(20-30 mtrs) for people who comes with their own cars. Rest Superb.. @Hotel Staff- Keep the good work on.

Hotel service was excellent 👍👌 Staff also very cooperative and well behaved I preferred jain food only,and food was delicious.. like home food😊 All food category was delicious.. All facilities were fullfilled.... Hot water available 24 hours.

One of the best hotel in Manali and very good service rooms was clean and staff is very cooperative and helpful. Food quality is amazing with multitude of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is prompt to response to all requests.

Location was near mall market by our cab. Heated Honeymoon Room with bathtub and balcony was excellent but could have been more spacious. Balcony was good. Bed was great. Food was also excellent but they charge service charge in bill which we can get cancelled. Its not a resort as they don't have a play area but just 2 swings in a tiny simple garden. Disco theque works alternate day only. For indoor games, you have carrom board and chess. TT is chargable for all rooms guests! No attendant / trainer in gym. Room service staff was good and helpful. Overall good experience.

we were in a group of 12 people. food excellent and service very good staff us very Good we booked four rooms here rooms were neat and clean spacious everything was satisfactory definitely we will come again in future thanks to the dinning team for making our stay memorable
