We Came for breakfast here with my friend.and it was the best decission we took. They Team oh wow Just to say wow wow. Thank you for all Leaders MS.Monika she is the best assest for this hotel. Thank you Mr.Tarek and their Team Ahmed ali, Noel Coffee 💕, Jasmine,Azeeka, Hazem, Hidri, Saurabh Each of them they did their part so professionally and by their Hearts 💕💕 Thank you for their Big Boss Mr. Mutasem who ist behind them. Next time will make our booking here and will stay here only.

فندق يملك جميع مقومات النجاح ماعدا تعامل الموظفين: ١- التأخر في تسجيل الدخول لمدة ساعة و نصف. ٢- بعد تسجيل الدخول المتأخر تنتظر نصف ساعة أو أكثر لتوصيل الشنط الي الغرفه. ٣- خدمة الغرف بعد ليلتين ردوا علينا. تجربة اعتبرها من أسوأ تجارب الفنادق على مستوى الخليج.

We were at the breakfast at Garnet Restaurant and we love the service there. Food was good and the Quality of service was amazing. I would like to thank Ms. Jasmine for her great hospitality she was very helpful and always smiling also Hazem , Ahmed for their great services.

we got a good stay at the hotel thanks Hazem to help and careing of us all the time in room service or in the restaurant during breakfast in the morning Hazem was the best employee for me with his smile and polite style,He was always asking if everything was fine and if we needed something, and we had a good welcome from Jasmine and Tariq could be the best hotel in Behairn with those people who work in here. I am sure that this wonderful experience and hospitality will bring us back.
