A internet é MUITO RUIM, impossivel de trabalhar e fazer uso para laser. Mesmo com diversas reclamações não foi resolvido, a justificatica era devido à chuva, devido ser ruim na cidade, enfim, nao foi resolvido. Os quartos, pelo menos o que eu fiquei poderia ser melhor.

La comida es muy buena. La atención en restaurante también. El problema está en las habitaciones. La que me tocó a mi era oscura, con baño con fugas y con agua caliente inexistente. La conexión a internet es intermitente a veces se pierde y no se puede trabajar correctamente.

a minha estadia foi muito boa e co fortavel graças a equipe do hotel que são muitos cordiais e solícitos. alguns contratempos com a Internet que oscilava muito e também alguns reparos no apartamento q precisaram ser feitos para q n houvesse uma troca de quarto gerando um pouco de desconforto mas fora isso tudo tranquilo a equipe eh nota 10

Os funcionários na maioria são afáveis e atenciosos .
A manutenção é perto de precária.
Tampa do vaso sanitário solta e de tamanho menor que o vaso.
Paredes com infiltração.
Água quente demora para chegar.
Corredores escuros. Sistema de acionamento da luz por presença funciona precariamente nos acessos aos quartos de final 14

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com a estadia neste hotel devido ao excesso de barulho. O prédio está em reforma e essas obras foram realizadas com hóspedes presentes, sem aviso prévio. Além disso, a limpeza pós-reforma foi feita à noite, com móveis sendo arrastados, causando ainda mais incômodo. A reforma começou às 7h da manhã e, mesmo após reclamar, fui informada de que a situação seria resolvida no dia seguinte, o que não ocorreu. O que mais me incomodou foi o descaso com os hóspedes. Infelizmente, não posso recomendar este hotel devido ao péssimo custo-benefício. Meus colegas já haviam mencionado problemas quanto à qualidade do hotel, e lamento não ter dado ouvidos a eles.

Excelente Hospedagem, lugar aconchegante e muito espaçoso. O Diferencial está no Piano durante as refeições e no Atendimento dos Funcionários, sempre sorridentes e educados. Excelente localização, próximo ao Shopping Manauara e de Restaurantes.

O quarto que fiquei era escuro, frio. A Internet não pega na TV. O banheiro tem um box minúsculo e desconfortável, quase não passei na porta. A pia estava rachada. Pedi serviço de quarto im cobertor e mandaram um enredos de casal que fixação caindo da cama de solteiro, super desconfortável. Os funcionários na recepção são pouco solícitos.
